Purchased six identical shirts, different colors, they all fit differently, the collar was either high or low, mostly very low. Inconsistent, poor quality.

The shorts a ordered have a zippered back pocket that is basically glued on to the short itself. It came off after washing 2x
I hope the other pair doesn't do the same

I like the clothing, shirts and t-shirts. But customer service is bad. I bought some shirts that were too small. I ask for exchange and they sent me a code to reorder, code is not valid. I contact them and ask me if I want a refund, I said ok. But now they ignore my messages, I contacted them 3 times about the refund or give a a new code to reorder, and no answer.. My advise is to be ready if you order anything and don't fit, to have a not so great experience with customer service.

I ordered shirts I was going to use for my job on March 3rd. Never heard a peep from this company. I reached out on the 10th to ask when the shirts were going to ship. 2 days later I get an email stating they will ship at the end of the month due to them being out of stock. You would think there website would let you know that it isn't in stock so you can shop elsewhere. Not this company. They think it is perfectly normal to be dishonest. I asked for a refund and won't get one because they don't do refunds. So I can't tell you the quality of the items I haven't received and probably will never see. I will notify my bank to remove the charges. Terrible customer service

I would really like to like this company, but sizing issues are too difficult to overcome when they appear to have a no return policy. I ordered two tops - medium as always - both way too tight. I ordered a medium vest - what they sent me seems to be an XL! I tried to return these items for a different size, but they won't take returns - they start negotiating with you about how much credit they'll give you - and to just keep the items. Too much of a hassle to deal with this company (would be really great if they had a local store so you can try on). I've placed several orders (some of them worked out) - but not once was I asked to review my items - but when you shop online with them, the items have dozens of glowing reviews - they must all be fake.

Experience was good. I would be purchasing more items if it didn’t take so long to get shipped to me

I've ordered several pairs of different types of workout pants from AHA and the sizes and color can vary from styles but the comfort and quality are excellent. I will continue to buy from AHA

Purchased a vest received two and was billed for two. Yet my AHA account activity shows an order for only one vest. They keep saying I ordered two, showing me credit card transactions. They refuse to recognize the account activity of only one vest.

Poor customer service

Ordered Adventure Stretch Pants….order took forever to arrive coming from China. Upon trying on the pants they were way too short for a LG….nothing like what was pictured. I had my 10 yr old try them on and they were almost his size. In perspective I wear LG in BYLT brand pants. I could not find any way to return these pants. No contact info was listed on website or anyway to initiate a return. It wasn’t until I went back to my original order confirmation that I noticed it stated at the bottom that if you want to return to “Respond to this email”. I sent two separate emails requesting to return and never received a response, and nothing in my spam folder either. $42.07 WASTED!

Finger weg, Händler antwortet auf Retouranfrage nicht. Zuerst wird einem ein Gutschein angeboten (unter Bestellwert). Wenn man auf die Rückgabe besteht, antwortet der Händler nicht mehr. Eine Rücksendeadresse sucht man vergeblich. Ich habe den Fall an mein Kreditkarteninstitut gegeben.

I've asked repeatedly to return 3 sets of gym pants that were too big. I want to exchange them for the right size I keep getting a response for a percentage off which I don't want. I want the right size. Please send return authorization.

Ive been trying to return items for over a week and they refuse to answer

On the day I received my order, I realized that the size was too small even though I had followed their size guidelines. I asked for exchange of the products with the next size on the same day and got offer to receive $65 coupon which I refused when I had paid twice as much. I then received another offer for $97 which I again refused. Their website clearly says free refunds within 35 days. This is no way to treat any customer. I have now asked for a full refund but I am not receiving any response. What a nightmare!

Ordered over$200 worth of joggers and sports wear for my rahabilitate on from a bad accident,,, after a month of waiting I relieved two very ugly women's dresses!!! What in Christ sakes is that????? I'm assuming I've been scammed,,,, so buyer beware!!! They did infact send a second order that contained mostly women's clothing,,, I did photo like the asked , I didn't video opening the package because my wife I receive items delivered from Uni-Uni often. I had NO way of knowing I was opening the replacement shipment from AhaSelected because I received No tracking on the replacement. So it speaks volumes that an online merchant request you video tape opening your package,,, they are 100% a scam operation in my opinion. They have acted like I'm cheating them after they have kept my $200 and sent me crap I couldn't give away . I'd laugh but it ain't no joke.!
