Not received items with no correspondence from apex

I still haven't received any accurate tracking number or information on my order. Prices also weren't defined in what currency

It’s been weeks and the item never made it. Feels like a scam

No word from anyone and I have yet to receive my order. Worst company ever.

my order has surpassed 9 days since ordered. Not happy with delivery time. I wont be ordering from your site again. taking way too long for a few pairs of shorts.

I havnt recieved any sort of update on my order. Spending over 100$ and i have no idea if got scammed or if you guys just have poor customer services

Still haven’t received my order. Tracker is showing it is still in china. No idea if I will ever receive what I have paid for.

Poor customer service. Emailed about some problems and never heard back.
Also took 5 weeks to arrive

I ordered 3 things from Apex and only received 1 thing. Spent over $100 just to only get a t shirt in the mail, was super excited to get all my gear but when I checked was highly disappointed.

I paid for 5 day shipping. It’s been over a month and I still haven’t received my items!! Horrible customer service!! They won’t give refunds!!

The shorts is ok quality. my inner lining rides up and there are a few loose threads. One other thing is the waistband looks a bit different in person. But overall decent performance. I'm on the fence if I would order again.

Product came in as advertised. Shipping took some time but other than that very pleased.

You need to tell customers these are goods shipping from China with zero estimate of a date in which you will receive it. So much for the Easter gifts for my kids. Waste of time and Money not to mention I don’t want to order from China.

I ordered my shorts 3 days ago and I didn't even get a tracking number to track my order

Over a month, still no product. I don’t care if these are the best shorts I’ve ever seen, the wAit time and customer service is garbage. I’ll tell everyone to never order these

It’s been 2 months since I ordered and I never received my package

I don't usually leave bad reviews on my orders but this is some of the worse customer service I've ever experienced. I placed an order with 3 items, I received one item about a week later but my order was missing 2 items. I contacted customer service to find out they were back ordered on those 2 items (even tho the site listed them as in stock) fast forward 2 weeks and I finally received an email that the other 2 items had shipped, or so I thought. Canada post has no info on the site for the provided tracking number. I've contacted customer service multiple times over the last 19 days trying to find my package and all they can tell me is it's basically out of their hands. I asked for a refund or for them to resend my missing items since it's been 35 days since i placed my order and 19 days since it's been "shipped" with no info found from Canada post, to which I received the reply "we only have a 2 hour window after orders are placed to issue refunds". All I want to know is where my package is and will I be compensated for my missing order but this is to difficult to answer.
