I didn’t receive order I ordered 4 shorts and it said 5-7 days its been a month and I didn’t receive anything

Shipping/Delivery nightmare!! It's now approaching 2 weeks since I placed my order, selected EXPRESS 3-5 days shipping option at checkout, order has still not been shipped.

Clearly, they don't follow their own shipping/delivery policy stated on their website, “it will take 1-2 business days to process your order after confirmation, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout.. for example, if you order on Monday, your order should ship out on Tuesday or Wednesday...”

I sent a message to the company via their website, no response yet. I ordered 3 pairs of shorts for my son's birthday, ordered leaving plenty of time for delivery after reading their own shipping/delivery policy, his birthday has now passed leaving me to make last-minute arrangements to order replacement gifts. I will never order from this company again, from other reviews I’m not sure if I'll even get my order but we’ll see..

If your thinking about ordering from this company and need it in a timely manner go elsewhere..

Plain and simple, it's false advertising, negligent misrepresentation.. They're making representations in order but not actually following through with what they've promised..

There are laws that prohibit this type of behavior and such instances should be reported to the Federal Trade Commission. Hopefully, this company gets its act together

Placed order over two weeks ago

Have ordered a few times. Got all my orders. But my last order the size was too small. I ask to return it as most company’s let you return if size doesn’t fit. THESE CLOWNS DO NOT. Now I have a new rag to clean my ****ing car. Terrible customer service. It’s a shame cause I liked there products.

Ordered 28 May with expectations of delivery within 5 to 8 days. I get email after email saying your product is so good that I should expect delays...nope. 9 days later and my order shows as "under construction"...do better.

1) prices showed CAD so I thought that was what I would pay… until I went to complete order. I ended up paying $60 after conversion and CC fee because CAD prices on site were not the actual price.
2)all of the sudden they got so busy my order wasn’t sent in time
3) once I got an email saying it was sent a link was provided for tracking. Link indicates no order under that tracking number.
3) beginning to think this site is a scam and I’ll have to go through my bank to get my money back.

Lied about shipping time (3-5 days). Actually shipping took almost 3 months. Couldn't cancel. Nobody answers their customer service number. Got a generic email reply saying nothing. Horrible company. AVOID.

Ordered 3 pairs of shorts on 7 April. It’s been almost two months. No updates or responses to the emails I sent them asking about my order; they’ve ignored my requests for a refund. Do NOT order workout clothes from Apex

Haven't received my order after 2 months but asked to review the product.

I still haven't received the pink shorts.

My shorts never came in. It’s been a month since I ordered and they never arrived

I ordered workout shorts for my husbands birthday. I placed my order the first week of April and figured they would be delivered by or at least close to his birthday which was a little over two weeks from his birthday. His birthday came and went without the order. I’m glad I had gotten him other presents but was not happy with the wait time. A week after his birthday (a little over three weeks from placing the order) I called customer service and asked why it was taking so long in a voicemail. The rep called me the next day and told me he would get back to me via email since he only worked until I got off of work. I got an email later stating that my order would be sent shortly from a Bianca. Four more days went by and I emailed Bianca back asking for a refund because this is well past what I would expect from an online sale and well past my husbands birthday. Bianca said no because my order had already been processed. The next day I got an email with a tracking number. It took a full month, talking to two customer reps, and requesting a refund for them to send me what I ordered. I gave two stars because my husband really likes the shorts. I have received emails giving me discount offers for the delay but I will not be purchasing anything from this company again.

I’ve been calling and trying to get ahold of you guys but your voicemail is full I received the wrong size and would like an XL

My son hated the shorts. And since they’re not defective, we cannot send them back.

These people are THIEFS. I ordered my shorts for 50 dollars and they refuse to tell me where my package went. I emailed them four times about my missing package and gave them my package number as well. It has been over a month. They stopped responding to my emails and because of this I believe. THIS IS A SCAM. They also will not respond about a refund. This is not a real product.
