Apex Fitness Arvostelua 

Took about three weeks to get my order shipped. Company did send updates on order and apologized for the delay. Most companies won’t even do that. Product is amazing! Will be shopping with company again. Need a hoodie to go with collection.

It took 1 month for my order to ship. Before it shipped, I reached out to customer support requesting cancelation and a full refund. Support told me I could not cancel!! What is that??!! I was forced to take the order in spite of the all around horrible experience. Not to mention, the trip I needed this order for came and went. Highly DO NOT recommend doing business with Nazis, I mean APEX... same thing.

Poor handling my order i ordered my items over a month ago and have not gotten anything even after i paid for an expedited shipping fee

I never received my order for weeks. And when I asked for a refund 3 times I was just ignored. Good job apex

I placed an order over 3 weeks ago and still have not received my product.

I got a email with a tracking number but i guess it has not been mailed. i have received two more email saying it was delayed. I do not know how to contact anyone I cannot even open your website now. i would just like to get my money back.

I do not recommend this brand. The material feels real cheap for the high price.

I’ve been asked to review the service before even receiving my goods! Which have taken ages to arrive and I doubt they are even coming

My worst online purchasing experience to date! Apex literally banks on misleading consumers to get a sale. I ordered 2 shorts (size: XXL) and fit me like a pair of medium-sized shorts. They tell you that orders are delivered within 5-8 business but that’s a lie as your products are only manufactured after you place your order. I got my shorts delivered a 3 weeks later. Every product on their site is on “sale”. That’s so they can mislead you again with their “no returns on sale items” policy. I don’t understand how a business like this can retain clients. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Awful! My son still has not re wives his shorts and it has been 2 months!

3-5 day express shipping would have been great I wouldn’t normally care but I ordered the shorts for a trip I had a month in advance and they took a month to arrive.

Sent enough emails, honestly tired of typing. If you all don’t mind waiting weeks for a 3-5 day shipment go ahead. They are great shorts. Crappy customer service

I ordered from here and there was no communication, I still haven’t received my items. They said it was 3 to 5 days shipping and I ordered it weeks ago.

The short was good before the change. Now it feel good but look like poop

The product is great but the shipping took over a month and a half 🤷 just be patient that shouldn't stop you from working out

I chose a small size by mistake and was told I could not exchange the item or return
I ordered two other items several weeks ago and have yet to receive them , I keep receiving emails informing me of a delay.
Overall a terrible experience so far .

Pathetic customer service! Or lack thereof! Ordered products on June 18th and my credit card was immediately charged the full amount.
Now there is no indication when or if the product will ever be shipped.
I receive cryptic emails but nothing about actually fulfilling my order.
Stay away!! No indication this is even a real business.

Put an order in a month ago, still have not received any product. I keep being told it was shipped but the shipping information they have provided does not work. Still no product and no answers on where my product is. I will never order anything from this company again.
