I joined the APEX coaching academy looking forward guidance in overall wellbeing throughout a blurry part of my recent years. Brodie listened to my needs and recommended things that I didn’t even know I wanted at the time.

Brodie is a very experienced, knowledgeable and supportive coach. His no bullshit approach is exactly what’s missing in this space. Transparency and honesty around what’s required to actually achieve your goals is so important, and Brodie ticks these boxes in all aspects. He teaches what you need to remain sustainable after the program, but holds you accountable through every step of the course ensuring you’re set up for success. One of the best coaches out there, and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would. Brodie and the Apex Team have been nothing short of incredible. I engaged Brodie when I made the decision to complete a full Ironman - I was looking for support over and about a basic plan, with Brodie delivering on an incredible strength program and nutrition plan that was both relevant to me and my busy schedule, but also relevant to the overall goal that a lot of other coaches missed. Above all this, and the reason I'm still with Apex 10 months on, is Brodie's thorough understand of the performance of mindset - when taking on a challenge of this size, the physical side was only one part, with the mental side a massively prudent component too, and it was Brodie's incredible understanding and support on this side that helped push through to great things.

Working with Adam and Brodie through APEX has been life changing for me. Obviously it’s nice to drop weight but the program goes deeper than that.
