The community hooked me since day one. Broadie connects with me because he speaks with honesty, no ultra processed speeches. He is based on experience, facts, results. The coaches look after you, push you, ask you want went well and what not. This is tailored for you, your life work balance. The app makes your life easier, it’s all a learning curve but made in a way to pick it up fast. The nutrition plan it’s achievable and satisfying. When the weight scale starts to shift it’s so rewarding. I fully recommend joining this program. You learn to be better. I will say this again, APEX it’s about evolution in all aspects. LFG!

For someone who's had a pretty yo-yo health and fitness journey, Apex has been insanely helpful.

The coaching, particularly from Coach Justin, goes well beyond fitness. I've found it incredibly supportive and practical, with advice that carries over into everyday life.

Apex has been an amazing experience so far for me, 2 and a half months ago I was in a rut, drinking every day to excess, eating like a bin chicken, not sleeping enough, barely walking my dog, I just felt really low in my life. I stumbled upon apex on instagram and signed up. the coaches are extremely knowledgeable and understanding, if you’re a busy guy these fellas will work with you to get you where you need to be and will always keep you accountable. The community as well is great! I’ve been working with coach Adam and have lost close to 10kg, I’ve got a better understanding of nutrition and how to prep, and with the workout plans, there are obvious changes! I’m loving it and learning every day!

Apex and the coaches are great. Communication is fast and relevant. The app they use is really useful in tracking workouts and nutrition. The meals they have planned are also filling and tasty. And the continuing education they provide so you can steadily grow your understanding and make adjustments over time, rather than trying to implement massive changes suddenly, has made the experience really useful. Steady weightloss without feeling hungry. And as you move through the program the coach can suggest changes and improvements to tweak what you are doing to get through the stalls.

I came to Brodie after seeing him on Instagram for months talking the straight talk I needed to hear but did nothing about. After putting it off for way too long I finally reached out and booked a call with Brodie and it was the best thing I’ve ever done.

This bloke is as genuine as they come. Exactly like he is in his videos. Straight talker that speaks no bullshit and never tried to sell me once.

Long story short, I lost 4kgs in my first 2 weeks, and now 8 weeks in I’m down 12kgs and eating more food than I have in years. I did intermittent fasting and carnivore for years and never kept the weight off.

For the first time in my life, my wife and kids see me happy and energetic every day. I’d pay 100x the money I paid to feel this feeling for the rest of my life.

Extremely Disappointing Experience. Money Over People.
I signed up with Apex Coaching hoping to improve my physical and mental wellbeing. Unfortunately, my experience has been the complete opposite.
Approximately three weeks into the program, I lost a parent. This was an incredibly difficult time in my life, both emotionally and financially, and I was no longer in a position to continue with the program or afford the $5,000 bill.
Rather than showing compassion or understanding for my circumstances, Apex Coaching has now referred the outstanding amount to debt recovery.
What makes this even more disappointing is that the meal plans and workout programs I received felt generic and lacked the personalisation I expected from a coaching service charging this amount of money.
A company operating in the health and fitness industry should understand that mental health and personal circumstances are just as important as physical health. Based on my experience, I felt that my wellbeing came second to collecting payment.
I signed up expecting genuine coaching, support and understanding. Instead, I have been left dealing with debt recovery while grieving the loss of a parent.
I feel completely let down by Apex Coaching. What was supposed to be a positive investment in my health has turned into an incredibly stressful and upsetting experience.
I would strongly encourage anyone considering signing up to carefully review the financial commitment and cancellation terms before proceeding, particularly if their personal circumstances unexpectedly change.

These guys really know their stuff, great support and guidance to keep you on track to fulfilling your goals and a no bullshit approach to steering back on track when you start to drift off course

These guys are the real deal, they actually give a fu*k about how the client is doing, feeling, preforming. Not like any other I’ve seen before. Thought it would be difficult for me being Canadian and these lads are in a different time zone, but they work around YOUR schedule. Ultimately YOU are the one seeking their help YOU have to put in Work ! They don’t do it for you but they sure make it easy for YOU to change. Meal plans are outstanding the community is great and the coaches are next level. These gents don’t F around They practice what they preach. I’m week 3 into this 24 week program and it’s the best decision I’ve made in a long time

I’ve been with Apex Academy for 12 weeks now on a 24-week weight loss program, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made. I’m just over halfway through and I’m already down more than 11 kg.

The biggest thing for me is that it’s actually sustainable. It’s not about starving yourself or doing some crazy diet you’ll give up on in a few weeks. Adam and my coach, Brodie, have taught me how to make changes that actually fit into everyday life, so I know I’ll be able to keep the weight off once the program finishes.

The support has honestly blown me away. If I’ve got a question, I can message Brodie and he’ll always get back to me. Every week I do a check-in and get a personalised video explaining how I’ve gone, what I need to work on, and what to focus on for the next week. We also have monthly calls, which keep me accountable and motivated.

What really stands out is that they genuinely care. They don’t just take your money, throw you a meal plan and disappear. They actually invest their time into helping you understand nutrition, training and building better habits so you can succeed long-term.

I’m only halfway through my program and the results speak for themselves. More importantly, I feel better, I’ve learnt a heap, and I finally feel like I’ve found something I can stick to for life.

Massive thanks to Adam, Brodie and the whole Apex Academy team. If you’re thinking about joining but you’re on the fence, I’d say just do it. It’s been worth every cent, and I’d recommend them to anyone.

Adam and Brodie have got me on track to lean down and build muscle which is the main goal of mine, structuring me a personalised plan and working around my lifestyle and diet.

Really good service, down 9 kilos in as many weeks learning how to properly diet and exercise, trainers always on top of things and available to answer any questions. Thanks guys.

Brodie is an absolute master of craft and a true professional. Lost over 14kg working with Brodie and have been able to keep it off! He has a a very straightforward approach where the guess work is completely taken out.
