Before I started with APEX, I was undisciplined and completely out of routine with my exercise and eating habits. I often felt lost and uncertain if I’d ever be happy with my physique again.

After months of deliberating, I finally decided to give the program a go and I can hand on heart say it was the best decision I’ve ever made. With a few simple lifestyle changes and the support of an incredible group of blokes, I’m now back to having abs and in the best shape of my life. I can’t thank or recommend the APEX team enough.

I've worked with Brodie for a couple months now and honestly, this experience has been life-changing. What makes it even more unique is that I originally started as a virtual assistant for him, and he actually put me in his coaching program. He genuinely wanted that for his employees, which just shows the kind of person he is.

Brodie has been phenomenal as a coach and mentor this year. His experience and knowledge has given me great personal results and the lessons I’ve transferred over to the business and family has been greatly beneficial.
