We had a great medical experience, and a gres follow back after the surgery there. Great medical team and great comunication!

Ich habe am 07.06.2024 einen Schlauchwagen bekommen. Das Team und die gesamte Organisation war großartig. Vor allem die ärztlichen Untersuchungen vor der OP waren sehr gründlich.
Ich habe mich zu jeder Zeit absolut sicher und gut aufgehoben gefühlt.
Die Ärzte waren sehr entspannt und haben alle Fragen geduldig beantwortet und die Ernährungsberatung war sehr intensiv und läuft über wathsapp noch 12 Monate weiter.
Alle benötigten Arzneimittel, Supplemente und Verbandsmaterial habe ich auch für 3 Monate mitbekommen.
Sehr gut finde ich das die Ärzte sicher gehen dass man die Thrombose spritzen selber richtig setzen kann, indem die erste Spritze unter Beobachtung gesetzt muss.
Sichert geht hier eindeutig vor. Daher 5 Sterne 🌟 🌟 ⭐️ ⭐️ 🌟

I did a lot of research before settling on Apera, and how glad I am. From arrival to departure there was always someone on hand. The experience is second to none, everything is top notch.
Dr Cengiz is amazing and came so see me before my operation to answer all my questions (he has an interpretor with him). He personally made sure everyone from the nurses to the theatre staff were aware of my critical allergies.
Following the operation the nursing care was brilliant, they were on hand at anytime of day or night.
The whole time I was with Apera I felt valued, not just a number.

I have waited a while to write this as i hate reading reviews that are wrote immediately after. So i’m 9 weeks post op from originally messaging with my enquiry right till now the care i had has been amazing. I did have a rep who left and i was assigned another rep who was lovely and helpful. From the minute we landed until we got dropped back at the airport i was made to feel VIP. Previous year i had gallbladder surgery on the NHS and had to leave the ward and find a pharmacy for pain relief i had the opposite experience with Apera you say pain and immediately you have pain relief. My blood pressure was slightly elevated post op and the Dr came to see me within 30 minutes of my test had me on 20 minute testing and prescribed medication to bring it back down. As of today i am 3st 5lb down and all advise given has been fantastic. I’m eating great and all blood tests are perfect. Can not fault Apera at all 100% 5⭐️ from me.

I arrived home yesterday after being sleeved 05th April by the absolute amazing surgeon Dr. Cenzig Ertan. He came to see me 3 times before surgery. He is so down to earth jovial and cool looking with his pony tail. He also came in twice a day after surgery. The way he talks to you with some English and with interpreter he is so genuine and cares about you, your blood results and outcome of surgery. The whole team behind him are no different. The nurses who are in and out doing checks obs and in general making sure you are comfortable are just out of this world. Nothing too much trouble. Press your call button and someone is there in seconds.
I honestly cannot rate this experience enough after researching I am so glad I went here. The hospital is beautiful clean and spacious. As is the Kailyn hotel which is now the only hotel used by Apera, is also lovely comfortable and clean. The hotel staff also look after you immensely organising transport and making sure you’re ok. Last but not least, when you first enquire you are assigned an organiser. Mine was Marina and she was awesome! Any questions were answered within 20 minutes. She kindly organised a trip to the famous grand bizarre for us. If you book with Apera you will not be disappointed. A great big thank you to the whole team from the VIP chauffeur pick up drop off at airport and everything in between. Extremely organised, professional and with care and attention. Looking forward to my new life. 🥰❤️

absolutely amazing hospital in Istanbul, clean, modern and comfortable, the staff are out of this world and nothing is too much. I travelled on my own and felt comfortable, at the airport I was gretted by a chauffeur, the hotel was amazing , I stayed in a suite.

Well we’re do I start!! Had my Gastric sleeve surgery on Monday 1st April 2024. From first point of contact with my amazing coordinator Marina who answered all my questions via whatapp extremely quickly, nothing was ever a bother.. Transfer to hospital from airport with the lovely Khan what a gentleman and the transfer was absolutely beautiful, the hospital team Dr Ertan all the amazing nurses and domestic staff cannot do enough for you, massive shout for the nurses, being one myself in the UK I have to say the care u receive at Apera wayyy exceeds any care in the United Kingdom!! The hospital is so beautiful and the Kailyn hotel is stunning. I am so happy I researched and chose to go with Apera best decision. Thank you so much for this impeccable experience you guys are all amazing ❤️❤️

Bună seara! Am tot spus ca revin cu un mesaj către dumneavoastră.In sfarsit am avut timp .Au trecut 9 luni de la operație.Am toate analizele făcute.Doream sa mulțumesc întregii echipe ,domnului doctor care a făcut o operație foarte curată și stomacul meu arată foarte bine,asta după un RMN și endoscopie.Analizele de sange,vitamine,fier ,rinichi,fiere,pancreas ,totul bine.Nu am piele lăsată,am fost aptă să muncesc chiar din următoarea zi de când am ajuns în București.Am ascultat tot ce ne-au spus în spital,am fost atentă și la sfaturile dumneavoastră.Pe mine m-a ajutat foarte mult colagenul,l-am luat cu sfințenie imediat după ce am terminat antibioticul.Multivitamine în fiecare zi .Acum o lună am făcut pauză la toate pentru prima oara.Am reînceput cu multivitamine,urmează iar colagenul.Inca o data:MULȚUMESC ! pentru aceasta schimbare din viața mea,m-am simțit bine la început ,acum mă simt minunat.Mi-am schimbat viața,mi-ați schimbat viața!

I had gastric sleeve surgery with Apera last April, all the staff, translators and medical team are amazing, so friendly and caring. Pre op I was advised liver reduction diet a week before surgery. On arrival I was advised about fasting for pre op, I was measured and weighed and had heart scan prior surgery. The surgeon took time to see me both pre and post operation and he is so friendly and caring. After op the medical team gave pain medication and performed a leak test, cleaned and checked my wounds and advised drinking plenty of water and walking. I also received aftercare with medicine, vitamins, protein shakes and medical advice and diet plan and nutritionist support for 1 year. I was really looked after as soon as I came off the plane I had included transportation with my companion to and from airport, hotels, clinic and hospital so there was no worrying about transport. My experience with Apera overall was amazing and would highly recommend.

I have been silenced by their lawyers but I do not recommend this place.

I had my surgery today a year ago so feb the 8th 2023 . My only regret is not going to apera sooner for my opp. The past year had been my best year becoming more confident and happy in my own skin . The hospital was immaculate and the staff were so nice and professional I couldn’t recommend them any more xx

I had my surgery on 5th December and could not be more happy with the whole experience. From communication, the translators, nutritionist, nurses, surgery doctor and the after treatment has all been amazing. If I need any assistance, their response is very prompt. Thank you so much. I have already recommended the clinic to people I know who want the surgery.

Experiența mea cu echipa de la Apera a fost neașteptat de frumoasă. Apreciez profesionalismul excepțional al tuturor celor implicați, d-na Andreea, coordonatorul meu, medicul Cengis Ertan cu restul echipei medicale, doamnele traducatoare, Tatiana și Alice și nu în ultimul rând, doamna Raluca, nutriționist bariatric. Condițiile de cazare de la cele 2 hoteluri de lux, precum și rezervele din spital, au depășit cu mult așteptările mele. Asigurarea transportului de la aeroport la hotel, spital, alt hotel și din nou aeroport s- a dovedit foarte oportună, o adevărată excursie peste Bosfor.
In concluzie, mulțumesc din suflet întregii echipe pentru serviciile de top și pentru susținerea postoperatorie.
Sunteți excepționali, dragilor!
Va recomand din toată inima.
