We had good communication from the start of the process right through to recieving treatment. The medical team presented as very professional (can't comment too much as I was obviously put under GA) although we did meet the lead surgeon several times and he kept us updated on what was occurring and how things were progressing. The nursing team are fabulous! They made sure we had all the relevant meds when needed and responded to call bells promptly. There was a translator available a lot of the time but outside these hours there was a communication sheet you could use to raise concerns if needs be. I would recommend Apera if you are looking to have a gastric sleeve

My time at apera was brilliant can not fault any of the staff , from being collected at the airport to the service and care I received in Hosptial , I loved how the surgeon went out of his way to come and see you before and after the surgery , jon the translator was amazing very kind and caring and always asking if my self or my partner needed anything . I feel I have been well looked after . And am looking forward to going to second hotel and meeting the nutritionist I would return to apera for further treatments if needed in the future . The first hotel was very clean and nice setting everything was explained clearly , the hospital is spotless bedding changed daily the food my partner received was traditional Turkish food here’s to my new journey x

Apera made me feel at ease the whole process.
I was nervous about a language barrier however this was quickly overcome due to the lovely John. went above and beyond for our group & the experience would not of been as smooth and positive without him. Always there for advice , a laugh and all our needs. Asset to the Apera team.

Well what can I say😁from the moment I stepped off my plane to getting collected from the airport to the hotel.Was absolutely brilliant and the following day transfer to the hospital. The staff are so welcoming & understanding and friendly ,nothing was ever too much for them.Elsie was brilliant in sorting my booking for me and gave me clear advice.John (Translater)was fabulous in the hospital and was very kind and caring,Always checking on patients and there needs.

The staff and care were second to none. John our translator was brilliant, explained everything clearly and visited us regularly in the room, just to see if you/everything was ok. The hospital is immaculate and the cleaning staff cleaned your room about 4 times a day.
Honestly, if your thinking of having surgery, use Apera, I can’t thank them enough

Fantastic experience from start to finish. The attention to detail and efforts to make you feel comfortable and informed are perfect.
You are encouraged to move and mingle which is brilliant as you never feel alone in the process. I would highly recommend Apera.

Was here from 19th May. Everything went smoothly from collection at airport to hotel, pick up in morning for clinic then to hospital.

Looked after well throughout. Translator was excellent so never struggled. Hospital immaculate and hubby looked after. Some nice food places around area and Starbucks cafe if hospital food not to your taste. Would not hesitate in recommending.

Apera were absolutely fantastic from start to finish! I'm not going to lie the pain from the operation can be brutal at times but the nurses, doctors and translators are there at every stage and are very reassuring and supportive. I love how thorough they are with making sure you are fit and healthy. More pre-operative tests than England. Nurses have been so fast to respond when called and particularly when asked for medication. When you tell them you need something a little stronger than paracetamol they respond accordingly. Special mention to Can who has been amazing throughout, checking in all the time, letting us know when he's arrived and he's leaving and reassuring us that he is available to be called if needed when he goes home, he goes above and beyond for patients and we thank him profusely for his fantastic support throughout. My coordinator Cansu was excellent and very responsive to any questions I had and very informative. Doctor Ertan was lovely and very thorough, he even noticed my husbands ecig paraphernalia on the windowsill and questioned whether it was mine as I said I didn't smoke, he's a lovely man. The doctors, nurses, cleaning and catering staff have all been amazing. 100% would recommend Apera.

Nursing a taff are very attentive and quick to respond to buzzer.
Translators are reassuring and very friendly.
Doctors have been amazing.
Rooms are immaculate and look like a hotel room. Definitely recommend.
From start to finish it has been a great experience.

I had a gastric sleeve with Apera. I would recommend them.
I am very happy the operation went very well . And I received an outstanding care service . Mr John he was my coordinator and translator also the nurses and domestic ladies were excellent. And would love of course to thank the sergeant Cengiz Ertan he is one of the best sergeant that I would recommend to anyone and again Thanks everyone making my life easier and making me happy . All I can say Apera clinic is the best clinic I would recommend to anyone.

My experience with apera was excellent from start to finish I cant fault them, my only criticism would be they need a translator at night as it's quite scary when no one understands you or in an emergency, other than that the staff were amazing and friendly the surgeon was so funny and kind and came every day to see me and my progress. I'm 1 week post up and a stone down already im excited to see what the future holds for me. Thank you apera 🥰

I have just returned back to England following a gastric sleeve operation and all I can say is that I cannot fault anything about Apera. My coordinator Can has been very helpful from the first day I contacted them and the operation went on successfully and so far I’m feeling good.

My experienc with Arepa clinic is amazing... 5☆ ... the transfer the hotel and the clinic .... everything perfect.. the staff is very nice and friendly...nurses,drivers, doctors, the traslators.. and Petek is the best .. she always is there when i ask something.. i recomend 100%... everyone are very profesional

Had my gastric sleeve on the 4th May 2023. The staff were amazing at apera from the moment I booked to the moment of my surgery. My lovely translator John was fantastic. He came in to check on myself and answered any questions I had. Defo recommend apera.

Had gastric sleeve procedure at Apera all I can say totally recommend them I’m from Scotland and the way the look after u all through ur procedure is outstanding thank u everyone that helped me through my journey at Apera.
