the replacement battery for my thinkpad x200 was great, however the shipping too almost forever. understandly due being a battery, but too almost 3 weeks to arrive. At least it did came without issues

Ordered 2x batteries for a medical device, which was advertised as compatible. Should have come with a temperature sensor, instead cable was wired to battery cells. Very poor quality construction and totally useless, not compatible at all. Customer service although polite and quick to reply, made all the excuses possible to not give a refund. Very poor.

The replacement battery became swollen less than a year after purchase while it was still covered under the one-year warranty. I requested a replacement as the warranty was 1 year and paid the required shipping fee. However, the replacement battery does not charge at all.

I was told that my Dell Latitude might have an underlying hardware issue and that the battery may not be the cause. However, when I installed a battery of the same model from another laptop, my Dell Latitude worked normally and charged successfully. Once I reinstalled the replacement battery provided by your company, the laptop could not charge. This clearly indicates that the replacement battery is faulty.

Despite this evidence, you are refusing to provide another replacement and are insisting on offering only a 30% refund. This is not a reasonable resolution, as I paid shipping fee for a working battery but received a faulty replacement.

Que je les ai contacté (chez AolsteCell) avec les références d’achats, j’ai bien expliqué le problème, ils s’en tapent et bottent en touche en brandissant une garantie d’1 an et n’applique pas les règles commerciales avant de déposer l’avis

Mention de 7800 mAh sur le site, la facture et le produits et le produit fait 6000 mAh (avec des batteries et une carte de piètre qualité) Ce qui n’a rien à voir avec une garantie d’1 an
C’est deux ans de garantie après la découverte sans compter la tromperie, qui est bien plus grave !

AolstelCell (Laptopbatterie) site a répondu en brandissant sa garantie d’1 an en proposant le rachat de la même batterie (mêmes tromperie probablement) avec 10% de remise
Vous êtes comme CERTIDEAL apparemment, des clowns, des charlatans, …

Pour votre info l’un comme l’autre :

1 - Produits non conforme
2 - Vices cachés
3 - Tromperie commerciale
4- Facturation non conforme (TVA adresse site mention obligatoire etc…)

Encore un droshippeur qui colle des autocollants sur des produits contrefaits dont les avis positifs doivent être tout aussi déguisés que leurs batteries

De plus vous insistez, alors que vous êtes informé, c’est de la fraude, c’est du pénal !

C’est pas maintenant qu’il faut se remuer le popotin, vous avez été alerté comme il se doit, dès la découverte de votre supercherie, tromperie, arnaque, au choix, on va pas chipoter sur les termes, c’est vous qui voyez !

Votre demande est hors délais et malheureusement rejetée, par mes soins, pour ne pas avoir pris au sérieux la réclamation dans les délais raisonnables

Ici ou ailleurs, cela ne change rien, l’information sera donnée et les justificatifs donnés ou tenus à disposition

Ps : Soyez pas stupide Trustpilot en réclamant des documents qui se transforment en demande d’informations (références données pour info) Pour les documents on cherche encore, je les tiens au chaud !
Laptopbatterie/AolsteCell répondent en écrivant qu’ils ont été en contact et fait une proposition de 💩 pour essayer de compenser leurs tromperies

Et de l’autre côté, ces charlatans demandent des infos (qu’ils ont déjà) pour mieux comprendre, comprendre quoi ? Qu’ils vendent des produits non conforme ? Ils savent pas lires ce qui est inscrit sur leurs produits ? Sur leurs sites ? C’est surtout pour faire supprimer un commentaire qui n’est pas à leur avantage, les pauvres 😢 🤧 😭

Just bought it. It looks great and works for my HP laptop to extend its lifetime. Delivery was made within 7-8 days from my order date and given a 1 year warranty. This is much better than my experience with HP service centre on battery replacement request. I wasted my time for almost 2.5 months to get a new original battery from HP directly, but in the end HP did not deliver it and has to cancel that order. Then I ordered AolsteCell and got it in 7 days. HP centre only gives 3 months warranty on its original battery but Aolstecell gives 1 year warranty (though it is not original HP battery) which is good.

Quick shipping and easy to reach. The battery was also very well packed.

Ordered 11.4V 70Wh replacement battery for Razer BLADE PRO 17 FHD on 4th July 2026, managed to arrive safely yesterday on 15th July 2026. Small tight cardboard package with bubble packaging and soft Styrofoam sheets to protect the wrapped battery, with one safety screwdriver and one black vertical prying tool to take out the battery in the laptop for replacement. Nearly lost a screw during the replacement process but that's one me and managed to trace it back with much difficulty due to the small size and unconventional head design. All's well ends wells. Happy to remove the older swollen battery with this newer one, hopefully it should last me more than a year or longer and avoid overcharging now. Really appreciated the extra step of providing the tools for replacement despite already having them beforehand.

"HIGH QUALITY BATTERY CELL" Akku von Aostecell war nach 7 Monaten nicht mehr aufladbar.
Ich dachte schon mein Laptop wäre defekt.
Als ich aber meinen alten Akku, den ich Gott sei Dank noch hatte, wieder eingesetzt hatte, lief mein Gerät wieder einwandfrei.
Der AKKU von Aostecell ist also definitiv SCHROTT.
Ich werde ihn zurückschicken.
MEIN TIP:
Machen Sie immer SCREENSHOTS von jedem Bestellvorgang im Internet auf ihrem Computer.
Dann können Sie entsprechende Maßnahmen wie Rückabwicklungen mit Beweisen besser durchführen.

Akku lädt sich von Anfang an nur bis ca. 78% auf und hatte im Neuzustand nur 1% und war somit "Tiefenentladen". Nach Reklamation werden bereits ca. 10 Konversationen geführt, die immer wieder zu neuen Fragen führen. Möglicherweise nur eine KI die alles verzögern will und den Kunden zur Aufgabe zwingt. Nie wieder ! (Tablet Lenovo Tab11)

Serviço péssimo.
Venderam uma bateria danificada e defeituosa, enviei vídeos a comprovar que o computador funcionava com a bateria antiga e ainda assim recusaram a devolução e envio de uma bateria boa.
Péssimo, péssimo, péssimo. Uma semana a trocar e-mails e foi tudo uma perda de tempo, dado que não resolveram o problema. Paguei 40€ pela bateria nova e fiquei no prejuízo.
Não recomendo.

le service après vente est très mauvais ne prenez pas chez eux quand tu te trompe de modèle ou que la batterie ne fonctionne pas il te demande des tas d'information pour perdre un maximum de temps et lorsque les 1 mois d'essaie est terminée il ne te réponde plus ( puisque tes obliger de garder la batterie apres 1 mois ) franchement plus jamais j'achète chez eux, c'est des personnes mal honnetes !

Meine Batterie hat schon nach kurzer Zeit (geliefert Feb 2026 / reklamiert Mai 2026) kaum noch Ladekapazität. Seither werde ich immer wieder auf's neue aufgefordert, weitere Daten zu schicken, um die "Ursache des Problems besser ermitteln zu können" (mail von heute). Ganz klar: mich interessiert keine Ursache, mich interessiert eine Lösung.

Bonjour à tous, seconde fois que je commande chez AolsteCell. batterie parfaitement compatible avec mon laptop, très bonne autonomie. j'aurais aimée que la précédente dure plus que 23 mois, légère baisse d'autonomie constatée ces derniers temps, puis autonomie de quelques secondes. Donc nouvelle commande chez AolsteCell, envoie en - de 24h, bravo ! c'est reparti pour 2 ans j’espère un peu plus...

Second battery I’ve ordered and shipping was fast and battery worked great, first one was an HP that I couldn’t find anywhere else and this was for a dell that dell wanted 140.00 for and got it here for like 40.00, they even send you tools to help open the laptop without damaging it. Very happy and will use them again.

Ordered 2 batteries for Asus Laptops. Couldn't get them easily anywhere else. They were delivered promptly and fitted perfectly. Easy to fit in 10 minutes due to tools being supplied with the batteries. I double checked with their customer service before ordering to confirm fitment for my model and they were super responsive. no complaints at all. only had the batteries for a few days so will see how they go longer term but seem fine.
