Router dies after installing battery.
Everything looked OK. Battery was, or seemed legit, but after installing it to my router, it does not charge or turn power on. Without battery, everything works. With battery installed, nothing happens. Tried with three different chargers, all work without battery. Charging power is fast enough, still no sign of life.

Two battery failures in 16 months and I'm left holding the bag
My original laptop battery failed around April 2025. Got an AolsteCell replacement, but its capacity started rapidly dropping October 2025 and failed shortly after. Only 6 months.
To their credit I got a free replacement, being within the 12-month warranty period, but this new battery has now failed too, after only 10 months.
The warranty isn't upheld here because technically it covers my purchase and not the battery itself, and it has been more than 12 months since I first bought it in April 2025.
I get the policy but it's absolutely ridiculous, the reality is they've made an absolute crap product, a battery that can't even last one year, and they refuse to do anything about it, no new replacement or partial refund at least.
They did offer a small discount for a purchase of a new battery but, like, seriously? Are you really expecting me to spend another £40 for another year of battery life? That gives Spotify a run for its money.
This is just miserable, get a battery anywhere else but here please.
Following the response: they have applied the warranty correctly, but the warranty's not the focus here; the point is the batteries are terrible and don't waste your time here.

We would like to clarify that your original order was placed in April 2025. After the first battery failed approximately six months later, we provided a free replacement battery under our 12-month warranty policy. Unfortunately, the replacement battery also developed an issue after further use.
According to our warranty terms, the warranty period is calculated from the original purchase date rather than restarting with a replacement unit. As the first battery was already beyond the 12-month warranty period when the second issue occurred, we were unable to provide another free replacement. We understand this may not have been the outcome you hoped for, but we must apply the same warranty policy consistently for all customers.
We would also like to mention that lithium-ion batteries are consumable components, and their lifespan can vary depending on usage habits, charging cycles, operating conditions, and other factors. While we always aim to provide reliable and long-lasting batteries, the exact lifespan can differ from one device and user to another.
We appreciate your feedback and are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. We will continue working to improve our products and service.

Undelivered Item, wasted money
I ordered a replacement battery nearly three weeks ago. While I expected the standard two-week shipping timeframe, the actual service and handling of my order have been a complete disaster.
When the tracking status finally updated to "delivered," I immediately checked, only to find that the package was never brought to the delivery address I provided. When I reached out to customer support to resolve the issue, I was met with complete indifference and lazy, canned responses. Representative after representative repeatedly told me to "contact USPS" or reach out to my local USPS post office.
If anyone in their support department had bothered to actually read the message thread or look at the tracking details, they would have realized the carrier was DHL, not USPS. They clearly rely on copy-paste scripts instead of taking ownership of the shipments they handle.
Failing to deliver an order is bad enough, but refusing to investigate a carrier mistake and pushing the burden onto the customer is completely unacceptable. I strongly advise buying elsewhere. Save yourself the headache and avoid this vendor entirely.

AVOID!!! They are falsly advertising products that are not fit for purpose and incompatible then their customer service is rude send you around the houses to get things resolved asking for information they don’t need and aggravate the Situation by being rude

Further to this they just asked for details about my order, details they already have!!
They won’t let you call them to discuss and refuse to send a returns label and try and force you to return the item at your own costs even through they have miss led you to buy the incorrect product by incorrectly advertising !!!
