Battery delivered What asked for.
Battery arrived in good condition and important - matched the spec and list. Installation was straight-forward no rocket science. Delivered what asked for, otherwise I previously I had to returned rechargeable battery twice from other sellers instead of MC04 they delivered MC06 despite the instructions and I was told that it does not matter MC04/ MC06 same installation. But they fail to understand it's the internal specs and voltage which must match laptop otherwise you risk destroying laptop.

Nada recomendables. Todo muy mal
Para nada recomendables, la peor experiencia de compra que he tenido nunca.
El producto llegó equivocado, no coincidía con la descripción, pero el problema llegó al reclamar la devolución. Me han tenido 3 semanas solicitando todo tipo de datos, fotos, descripciones.. todo sin sentido, alargando el proceso al cliente y dificultando la situación al consumidor, parece que tratando de que este desista en su deseo de devolver el artículo.
Tras casi un mes, recibí el importe del producto que enviaron erróneamente con unas descripciones y datos equivocadas.
No recomendables. Nada profesionales ni empáticos con los clientes. Todo muy mal.

Solicitamos las fotografías y las medidas del conector porque la diferencia entre ambos tamaños era muy pequeña y no podía identificarse a simple vista. Las imágenes recibidas no nos permitieron confirmar correctamente las medidas, por lo que enviamos ejemplos e indicaciones adicionales. No obstante, reconocemos que nuestra forma de comunicarnos no fue suficientemente clara y que el proceso resultó demasiado largo y frustrante.
Su reembolso ya ha sido realizado. Revisaremos nuestro procedimiento y mejoraremos las instrucciones para evitar que una situación similar vuelva a ocurrir.

Nachtrag zu meiner Erfahrung mit AosteCell.
Am 7.Nov kam die Antwort von AosteCell. Ich soll Beweisfotos einsenden. Wie kann ich das machen wenn Battery Heaven den Akku nicht erkennt? Und jetzt die größte Frecheheit, ich bekomme jetzt eine Zahlungsaufforderung über eine Neubestellung von deren Lieferanten und soll dies nochmals bezahlen! Ich schrieb zurück das meine Bestellung bezahlt und gliefert wurde, aber defekt ist, keine Rückzahlung erfolgte und ich bereits bei einer anderen Firma einen Akku kaufte, der in 1 Woche geliefert wurde und funktioniert!! Die Sturheit von AosteCell, 1Jahr Garantie, keine Rücknahme und jetzt noch eine Neulieferung+Bezahlung verlangen das ist der Höhepunkt! NIE WIEDER!!!

wir möchten die Darstellung hier klarstellen: Nachdem Sie uns mitgeteilt hatten, dass der Akku nicht funktioniert, baten wir um einen geeigneten Nachweis, damit wir den Garantiefall prüfen und eine Rücksendung mit Erstattung veranlassen können. Da Battery Heaven den Akku nicht erkennt, hätten Sie alternativ Fotos, einen Battery Report oder einen anderen Nachweis einreichen können. Sie haben jedoch sämtliche Möglichkeiten abgelehnt.
Trotzdem boten wir Ihnen an, den Akku ohne technischen Nachweis im Rahmen einer normalen Rückgabe zurückzusenden. Auch dieses Angebot haben Sie nicht angenommen. Eine Erstattung ohne Nachweis und ohne Rücksendung der Ware ist leider nicht möglich.
Die erwähnte Zahlungsaufforderung betraf ausschließlich eine neue Bestellung, die Sie selbst auf unserer Website angelegt, aber nicht bezahlt hatten. Es handelte sich um eine automatische Zahlungserinnerung und nicht um eine Forderung für einen Garantieaustausch.
Unsere einjährige Garantie bleibt selbstverständlich bestehen. Voraussetzung ist jedoch, dass Sie bei der Prüfung beziehungsweise Rücksendung mitwirken. Unser Kundenservice ist weiterhin bereit, den Fall nach dem vorgesehenen Verfahren zu bearbeiten.

Sehr schlechter Support
Ich habe im Mai 2026 einen Akku für meinen HP Laptop bei AolsteCell gekauft. Die Lieferung erfolgte im Rahmen der vorgegebenen Lieferzeit.
Leider war dies die einzige positive Erfahrung die ich bei diesem Kauf gemacht habe.
Eigentlich sollte der Akku nach mehrmaligen Ladevorgängen seine volle Kapazität erreicht haben, dem ist leider nicht so.
Meine Reklamationsmail wurde relativ schnell beantwortet aber Iris stellte Forderungen zum Beweis die nicht allumfänglich zu erbringen sind.
Fotos vom eingebauten Akku von beiden Seiten(dies auch noch nachdem ich drei Mal geantwortet habe dass ich den Rechner dafür nicht öffnen werde) sowie Videos und herunterladen der Battery Mon App. Leider beherrsche ich die englische Sprache nicht so dass ich davon Abstand genommen habe diese auszuführen.
Dick umrandet wurde in letzter Antwort hingewiesen das die Akkukapazität als Verbrauchsprodukt mit der Zeit natürlich abnimmt. Sorry, der Akku ist 3 Monate in Betrieb.
Was mich tröstet ist die Tatsache dass ich mit fast 50% ihrer Kunden das gleiche Schicksal teile.
Diese Quote sollte der Führungsebene(die wohl laut Antwortschreiben für die Anerkennung von Garantiefällen allein zuständig ist) sehr zu denken geben.
Wo ist auf ihrer Seite das Impressum zu finden von dem Sie immer schreiben?
Ich konnte es nirgends finden. Dubios?
Ich kann diese Firma nach meinen Erfahrungen nicht weiter empfehlen.

I ordered the AA-PBSN4AT replacement battery for my Samsung laptop.
Within a few days of receiving and using it, I noticed a performance issue with the battery. I contacted customer support, ran the diagnostic program they provided, and submitted the required screenshots and video. Following their review, I was promised a full refund.

Disappointing battery health
Disappointing.
With a new replacement, the battery health drops so fast just within weeks of replacement. There is only 4 accumulated charge cycle and yet the full battery capacity can dropped to 96%.

Batterie défectueuse sous garantie, pas de SAV
J'ai acheté une batterie pour mon ordinateur portable. Pour que la batterie se recharge, je dois la démonter et la re-installer. Ca fait des mois que je communique avec les service après vente. En fait, ils ne cessent de me demander des informations, photos, me demandent de faire des test. Je viens de comprendre qu'il s'agit d'un chatbot. Ils me baladent pour ne pas appliquer la garantie d'un an, la batterie a été achetée en avril dernier. Fuyez!!!
Après beaucoup communiquer avec un chatbot, et surtout après avoir publié un avis négatif sur Trustpilot, Aolstecelle m'a envoyé une nouvelle batterie. Comme la première, j'ai eu beaucoup de mal à l'installer dans le logement prévu de mon ordinateur portable: les dimension ne sont pas exactement celle prévues, la position et la taille des crochets de fixation non plus. J'ai quand-même réussi à l'installer. Pour le moment, elle fonctionne correctement.
