Ich besitze seit 2021 Drucker von Anycubic und habe bis jetzt IMMER sehr gute Erfahrung mit dem Support gemacht. Da könnten sich einige eine Scheibe von abschneiden. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und helfen wo Sie können. Durch die Zeitverschiebung kommt es zwischen Anfrage und Antwort manchmal zu Verzögerungen aber was der Support abliefert wiegt das locker auf! Weiter so.

Wederom een positieve review voor Anycubic. Ondanks dat ik aangaf dat ik mijn printer niet meer wil, hebben zij gekeken naar andere mogelijkheden om mij wel te kunnen helpen.
Ze reageren snel, ze reageren professioneel en denken mee. Ze hielden me van alles op de hoogte en uiteindelijk was mijn casus doorgezet naar de technische afdeling en kreeg ik een nieuwe hottend zonder dat ik erom vroeg. Hottend binnen een week ontvangen en dus daarom verdient Anycubic opnieuw een goede review!

Eight months of troubleshooting is not a reasonable ownership experience

My Anycubic printer has been problematic for an extended period, resulting in approximately eight months of troubleshooting and replacement-part attempts.

I have repeatedly cooperated with technical support, spent my own time and resources testing the machine, and continued trying to get the product functioning properly.

The result is still an unreliable/defective printer.

At some point, troubleshooting needs to end. A consumer should not be expected to spend months effectively diagnosing and rebuilding a defective product.

I have requested a full refund rather than another round of repairs. I hope Anycubic’s management reviews cases like this and considers whether this is an appropriate customer experience.

Had just bought the new P1 Max and days into using it a slightly warped vat created a pinhole leak and resin got into the LCD screen and down the interior sides. Anycubic support was fast and sent multiple new replacement parts to get me back up and running without hesitation. A truly great machine is back up and running hard again thanks to these people!

The products are good and if you have problems the customer support will be there to help you with the issues. Also, the parts that are available on stock are shipped very fast in Europe.

Supplied excellent troubleshooting for the issue that I was having and a full detailed guide on what to check and what to do.

Bought my first printer from them earlier in 2026 and right out of the box I couldn't get the 4-to-1 clogging detection module to work with my ACE. Support was quick to act and sent out a new one that worked just as expected. A month or so later the ACE started making a weird sound and then threw an error code at me when starting a drying cycle. Once again support sent out just the needed parts and linked to a good detailed guide of how I replaced the part. Personally I love this method of handling errors because it's quicker and easier than sending in the device for repairs and I learn something along the way. I might change my mind if I need to replace something that is way out of my skillset to handle but until then I'm very happy with the customer service that Anycubic have delivered.

Terrible company purchased a Kobra x earlier this month all I did was jam from day 1 messaged them waiting 4-5 days at a time to get a reply trying to return a faulty printer is impossible and I've just made the mistake of purchasing a s1 which hasn't turned up yet and again waste of time messaging them luckily I've purchased through eBay (but from anycubic) and when or even if it turns up I will be returning straight to them from eBay and letting them have the stress of getting my refund sorted . This company is a disgrace and is only interested in taking people's money I wish I'd learnt the 1st time and also checked there feedback on here and eBay as obviously lots and lots of people are having the issues with these lot

Poor quality printers, poor quality filament, abismal customer support. Dont bother go wiyh BambuLabs

As always, they go above and beyond to solve even serious problems. They offer alternative solutions and ship replacement parts at lightning speed. This is truly a great guarantee; you're never left on your own.

Bought a resin printer in January 2026, and it came with parts missing, and also additional bits ordered came spread over the following month, despite paying for guaranteed delivery.

Customer services were apauling. First they said that the parts were not part of the printer I had bought, even though they were listed in the manual as being part of the printer. Then they changed their minds and said I should have the parts and said they’d send them along with some resin as compensation. The parts nor the compensation ever arrived.

Eventually I gave up, and sent the unit back through their return process. Anycubic then said that the printer had never arrived back with them, even though their courier tracking showed it back with them. I eventually got a refund 8 months after buying the printer.

Appauling service, avoid at all costs.
