Support replies in a view hours, problem gets solved fast. anycubic is a company with one of the best support teams i know. thank you very much

Ordered x2 resin printers M7 max and P1 max, tracking was uploaded and was handed a box from evri that contained 2 bottles of resin. Utter disbelief that Anycubic have the cahonies to think they can get away with it and ignore my emails to boot.

Super Produkte in hoher Qualität. Alles wurde sehr sicher verpackt und versendet. Nach einiger Zeit und einigen drucken kamen kleinere Probleme auf. Had wat problemen met mijn nieuwe 3d printer , tijdens het printen brak er een onderdeel af .
Na overleg is er een nieuw onderdeel in 2 voud opgestuurd en heb ik het vervangen en een reserve .

I have worked with Anycubic for about 3 years now. Their support has always gone above and beyond for me. Their service desk has been great. I always get a response to my questions. Customer Service is top notch. I would highly recommend.

Spent 699 bucks on a printer that never has any accessories in stock. It will say it is in stock but almost a month later you have to get a refund. They will say things are in stock and never ship them. Then when you ask about it they are rude. Offered me 10 percent off a roll of filament when the printer i ordered from them uses resin. Customers do not matter to them and I will never buy another product from them. Also will not allow you to leave a negative review for their products. They treat their customers like crap. Do yourself a favor and buy from another company. The hardware has nothing that others do not but much worse customer service.

I've had nothing but great experiences with Anycubic. I have two of their printers and as with all machines/electronics sometimes things break or stop working. Every time I've contacted support they've responded quickly and took care of my issue and or sent me the parts I needed to replace. Amazing Support team!

Excellent support throughout the repair process

I had persistent filament feeding issues with my Anycubic Kobra X. The support team helped me troubleshoot the problem and initially sent replacement boards. When those didn’t fully resolve it, they arranged a replacement printhead.

I have now installed the new printhead and successfully completed a print using channel 1 without any issues.

A special thank you to Obi for the patience and continued assistance. Problems can happen, but I really appreciate a company that follows through and helps get things working again.

Kobra 3 (V2) refurbished bestellt. Gerät war nach einer Woche da. Das Gerät war relativ verschmutzt an den Rollen. Das Bett war schief. Bei der Inbetriebnahme der erste Fehler, das Hotend heizt nicht.

Der Drucker war noch mit dem Account des Vorbesitzers verbunden.

Selbst Ersatz bestellt, dieser war da bevor der Support überhaupt antwortet.

Nach 4 Stunden drucken, heizt das Bett nicht mehr auf, Fehlermeldung kein drucken möglich.

Seit einer Woche mit dem Support beschäftigt, dieser liesst die Nachrichten nicht und spielt auf Zeit.

Hier scheint es keine korrekte Qualitätssicherung zu geben. Angeboten wurde mir 1KG Filament wenn ich das Ding behalte und sie mir Ersatzteile schicken dürfen.

Ich erwarte kein Neugerät jedoch eine Endkontrolle.

The worst ever customer services. Delivery 3/5 days 20 days later no delivery, customer services was no help, eventually I got a refund.

Sent me a faulty printer ..tried to get help .. on their chat .. agents either don't speak or end the chat 1/2 way through. After not being able to get tech support I opted to send the printer back (within 14 days.)

Same problem no response no help.

Please save yourself the stress don't buy from this company.
