Delivery 2 days after ordering. Great packaging and pans look awesome and cook great . 10/10

I bought a 5 set peice to replace the one we bought 25 years ago, which has lasted very well, but was looking a little battered after all the years of hard work it been through.
Anolon had a a deal going, so throught it was time to replace the them.
We put the order through onine and the the saucepans arrived 3 days later.
The build quaity looks pretty much the same as the old ones,which is very good, but the new pans are thinner and lighter, so it looks like Anolon have made some savings in materials. How this will equate to how long they will last, or if it chnages the way I cook, only time will tell. But I am confident they will do the job and if they only last half as long as the my old ones, it will still be well worth the price I paid.
I would recommend.

This is my second set of Analon cookware, having recieved the first set some 20+ years ago as a birthday present (keen cook).
The only reason to replace is the creation of an outdoor kitchen where the older pans now reside for further use.
Absolutely great pans, unfortunately the new set will be around longer than me!!

Quick delivery and very good products. Have bought the same before about 10 years ago so I know it's a quality product.

Purchased e few saucepans over a 3 month period and noticed that the bases were fading with their coating. send off email, got a reply immediately that requested pics.
Sent pics and immediate reply that new pans would be sent. Breath of fresh air to meet a Customer Service that actually "does" something and does it well & quickly.
Well done...I will purchase in the future.

Absolutely love this range and they work really well with my induction hob. I had a set of anolon pans that were over 10 years old which sadly didn’t work with induction. I’m not disappointed with these at all. The only thing I am unhappy about is the limited range provided by the UK site. I went through a US company and get more pans for the range cheaper than buying direct and including postage/ taxes

This pan is good but I felt that the description made it seem bigger than it was. It can struggle to fit some of our cooking. However in general use it cannot be faulted

Received the pots a few days ago as a present for my daughter.
She loves them and is very happy with the Anolon pots and pans.

Excellent product, high quality and well worth the money. Simple to order. Arrived quickly in good condition.

Items exactly as described and very nice to use when cooking. Well packaged and delivery was quick. Very highly rated and will definitely use again when I need new cookware.

Product advertised as a skillet with a steel lid, but no steel lid was sent, as previous reviews confirm. The company first argued with me asking me for photo evidence (which was sent but hardly can class as 'evidence') and then denied that it was advertised as coming with a lid. I told them twice it's in the product overview with an icon, and they then still asked me for proof, which I then sent. They then admitted the mistake and gave a half hearted apology, not offering to send a lid, offer a refund or a discount. I asked for a small token of gratitude to which they offered me a 10% discount on my next purchase. Yeah right! I won't be using this company again, and I don't think you should too.

Recommend lids for your skillets? It was advertised as coming with one. Admit that, apologise, and offer a £10 refund, or a refund *with return postage, and thank me for pointing it out.
I would have bought your sauté pan if your skillet was listed as NOT coming with a lid.
If I can return the skillet, in exchange for your sauté pan, I would gladly do that. And in return I will replace my negative reviews for positive ones.
But I am not spending more money with a company that is argumentative, patronising, unwilling to be fair, and doesn't accept responsibilities for their mistakes.

Great product. However shocking customer service.

I ordered a large skillet, which on the website said came with a lid. It arrived without the lid. When I queried and asked for it be sent I was told you don’t need a lid to fry with and they were not sending. This response coming within a couple of hours.

I then forwarded them the link to their own website showing that it said came with a lid.
2 days later I received a response asking for me to send a screenshot of the website as it did not come with a lid.

To my surprise the website had now been mysteriously updated and the description had changed and there is now no lid offered!

When I raised this question I was then told, oh yes, you are correct- it was just been updated!

I’m still awaiting a response from them. Only want what was advertised. If a mistake was made, own and fix it. Don’t lie to customers who been using and buying your equipment for over 20years.

I ordered this product on Monday, today is Saturday and it has just arrived and I have to immediately send it back since one of the frying pan coatings is scratched, two of the frying pans are misshapen and the drainer is also misshapen meaning the lid does not fit.

Delivered quickly and exactly as our previous set which we have had for 20 years with no problem. We are taking the old set to our home in Cornwall.

I have had many saute pans over the years. I probably have not spent enough money on each, and have been disappointed. It will take time for me to assess this one - but so far so very good. I bought this because of the implication that the base would not distort with time. I have had it 2 weeks. Only time will tell.
