Anglo Doorstep Collections Arvostelua

Absolutely delighted with service, easy to book collection, kept updated with progress of pick up and time slot. Brilliant correspondence from start to finish. Courier was a joy, friendly, respectful and I am so happy with Anglo Doorstep and it’s nice to know you make a difference with unwanted items. Excellent service provided.

From arranging pick up to actually picking up was easy and went smoothly. Communication excellent will definitely use this company again. Highly recommend

Very friendly Polish driver made the experience so much nicer. Also the colletion was scheduled early and the van driver was spot on time. Amazing service! Will definitely use them again and recommend!

First time I've used Anglo Doorstep Collection and it most definitely won't be my last. Excellent service. Great communication throughout. A**

Couldn’t have been easier! Very simple booking process, the collection time and tracking were accurate and helpful, great communication beforehand, very lovely person who collected. Will definitely use again, thank you for making it so easy!

Booked the delivery, gave specific instructions on where to pick up, had to wait almost 2 weeks for the delivery slot. Left my stuff out clearly labelled, got the text confirmation about what time it would be picked up.
Time came and went and no pick up, when I logged in to the website to follow up the driver had left a picture saying no parking was available, which is a lie because we have a driveway and multiple parking spaces.
When I followed up with them via email it took them two days to get back to me, and all they did was offer me a slot another 2 weeks into the future. I responded and asked them if there was nothing sooner, given I had done my part and this was their error, the support guy didn't email back, and now it's marked as completed.
Just take the stuff to your local charity shop, these guys are time wasters.

Easy to book, Was definitely great to put unwanted items to good use. I was kept up to date right up until collection. I was a bit confused why the driver ripped most bags open & had a rummage but it could be an overall check the items. Would definitely recommend anyone to use them.

Great company and so efficient. No more trips to charity shops for us!

I was very impressed by the service provided by Anglo Doorstep collections, from communication pre pick up and collection as promised. Good clear advice given and grateful that so much could be collected at once. Thank you, keep up the good work in creating a circular economy.

Lovely collection driver. Easy to book and time updates given, very convenient.

This service makes donating easy. Everything went to plan and the person collecting them was really friendly and helpful.

Easy to book and collected when stated.
An amazing service.

driver came in the time that was stated. All boxes were collected

Brilliant - six boxes of books collected from my garage, on time with no hassles - if only everything in life were this easy!

Prompt collection, tracking very helpful, driver polite

Brilliant! Reliable, convenient, easy to book, send notification of collection time the evening before and turn up in the notified time slot. No need to be in for the driver. I like being able to choose a charity to support. Much easier than driving into town, paying for car park and lugging heavy bags!

On time, Fast efficent service !!

Incredibly easy to arrange collection. I requested they go to the back gate and was apprehensive as delivery drivers are often confused by this or don't want to drive down the narrow back street. Absolutely no problem for Dan the driver! Even in a massive white van.

I got a time slot the night before and I was able to track the collection. Very friendly and polite too. Couldn't fault it.

Excellent service in every way. Prompt punctual collections. Highly recommended service.
