Anglo Doorstep Collections Arvostelua

Incredibly easy to arrange collection. I requested they go to the back gate and was apprehensive as delivery drivers are often confused by this or don't want to drive down the narrow back street. Absolutely no problem for Dan the driver! Even in a massive white van.

I got a time slot the night before and I was able to track the collection. Very friendly and polite too. Couldn't fault it.

Excellent service in every way. Prompt punctual collections. Highly recommended service.

Brilliant organisation. You are told when the items will be collected and kept up to date if any delays. Always very friendly helpful drivers. Thank you for collecting as getting older so saves me having to make numerous visits to the charity shop.

Good up to date live info about the collection time. Polite and helpful driver.

Flawless service. Tried to shout thank you from my window but he didn't hear me 😁

Very impressed with this efficient service from start to finish. Booking was easy and being able to track the collection driver in real time was very helpful too. The driver was friendly and exactly on time. This is the first time I have used this service but will definitely be using it again. A 'win' all round! Many thanks

As always great service from Anglo. Booking service was easy. I was kept fully appraised of collection time, driver was polite, courteous and very thankful. It’s good to know items are being recycled.

I really do appreciate this company and how they go out of their way to pick up items, just to make profits for charities. Really so thoughtful! They came to mine, and picked things up, just like that, saving me the stress of taking things to the charity. Thank you so much.

Easy to do form online & email contact was very informative getting bk to us within the time they specified & all went smoothly making our sad situation of removing items from a family home so much easier, will definitely use again in future

First time I have used the service... Turned up on time... With alerts the day before an hour before and ten mins before.... Courteous. Efficient. Very pleased. Will use again.

On time. Cheerful driver. Nothing left behind 5 stars.

Using Anglo Doorstep Collections is such an easy way to recycle preloved clothes and items, and help a charity too. It was really easy to book a slot (which you can change), and the comms were excellent - I was able to track the collection driver, who was very polite and friendly. An excellent service, highly recommended, and I would definitely use Anglo again.

Clear and efficient process. Very helpful.

Absolutely brilliant company. So easy to book an appointment for collection. They give you an idea of what they will and won't collect on the website. They email to give you an idea of collection time, but you don't need to be around for that. This is my 2nd time using Anglo Doorstep Collection and I am sure I will be using them again.

A very efficient and friendly service. Very well organised. Thank you very much!

This is such a fantastic service. Richard the driver was very pleasant and helpful. Will definitely use again.

Richard the driver was amazing & if I could give him 10 stars I would. Unfortunately he didn’t get the message I left on the website to get my collection from in the porch, so at first attempt he didn’t pick up as I was working. But he called and agreed to come back at the end of his shift. He kept me informed on timings and then also went home to pick up his own car as the van was now full.
Thankyou so much..

Easy to book and collection arrived promptly and picked up from outside my door. Very efficient

Easy to book on line, reminders sent and if needbe easy to reschedule.
message sent with estimated collection time.
pick up of bags/boxes as planned. great service
will definitely use again

Wow, I'm so impressed! I've been trying to donate these things locally but have struggled as all the charity shops near me are full. This service was extremely efficient and easy and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to declutter. Helpful and friendly driver/collector too! Thank you.
