I have used this company for several years and ive never had a problem with them. I dont even have to stay at home for them to collect. I tape the bags and boxes up very well and as far as im concerned they have never gone through any bags or boxes. There may be people who pretend they are from the company which then makes the company look bad.

Emailed to arrange collection with dates and which charity I wished to donate to. Unfortunately 2 dates weren't suitable so they quickly asked me if an alternative was suitable. Three times now they have arrived at the arranged time and the drivers have been polite and cheerful. I contacted my chosen charity to confirm that they do actually receive the funds. I can highly recommend this company and will continue to use them

Used before - fine. Used last week. Two delivery dates rejected. Now repeated emails stating times but not turned up. Really poor. Wont be using again. Collection still here.

Rang up, was told driver had an emergency- doesnt explain the updates indicating arrival.

These are not a charity, nor do the charities they claim they donate to, know of them.

They are collecting your clothes, keeping the good ones, landfilling the rest and making money from it.

I was SO frustrated as a charity I won't name put a bag through for unwanted clothes but never came to collect it! Even though I tried to reach out several times, leaving messages, no response! Then I found these guys, they immediately responded, sent me messages about collection times, confirmation, everything! even on the day, they gave me an updated (narrowed down) collection time, which was very useful! I will definitely use their service again! Thank you so much, keep up the good work!

I informed and reminded from booking to pick up the clothing was picked up on time and was thanked and appreciatd which made me feel like i had contributed some thing good for the community

I have used this company twice now and have been very impressed by the service
I have used other companies and watched as the driver ripped open my bags and sorted through my donations. He put some of my item in the cab of his van and left the rest in the gutter
However I have since read some disturbing reviews about this company!
Unsure what to do next time I have donations

I have always found them very helpful and informative of collection. Never had any problems and have been using this company for years now.

Supposedly collecting for recycling or charity. I have CCTV footage of the driver going through bags, taking out items that are obviously worth something to them and ditching the rest in bags over a hedge into a field!!! They're nothing but FLYTIPPERS!! Use them with extreme care.

It is convenient to use and quick collection But is NOT a registered charity according to a government website it is a private company!!!

I have been using this company for years and have given some amazing stuff and many new things. Recently gave 40-inch flat-screen TV. I asked for some bags on several occasions. I was told to use my own. Black bags are £4 for a packet of twenty so unable to keep using my bags especially when I am giving you so much stuff. I then ran out of black bags and have repurchased again. The least you could do is give some bags when requested

I had so many bags, mostly of my late husband’s books. However the young man from your company happily gathered them all and took them away

I'm so impressed updates on time of pick up great . Driver very polite and happy . Took over 11 full bags . Happy that a portion will go to my chosen charity and the rest is up to the company . I don't drive and I am pleased to have this service . Thank you .

TERRIBLE. The driver from iCollectClothes came by and instead of going to my door (3ft away) where I was waiting with the clothes, they just took my neighbours' bag personal bag and left. They have NO tracking system so her things are now gone, including highly sentimental jewelry from her childhood. I tried calling about 6 times with no answer, when I finally did get to speak to someone they were incredibly unhelpful and had 0 accountability to their terribly flawed system with a high risk of error. The woman on the line did not care that the driver just took random bags, said it happens occasionally, and they have no way of tracking anything. Terrible customer service, very poor management AND since there is no tracking, the money from the clothes sales definitely don't go to your chosen charity. I was basically told that if there was anything resembling a donation in the vicinity (including personal deliveries) they can get taken and there's no way of getting it back. It's basically theft and they don't care.

i arranged a collection of a large amount of clothing bedding small domestic items ,a time was allocated and they turned up,being a 85 year old and recently bereaved and not a driver i am not able to give clothing to charities in town so this was a godsend,as long as the nominated charity get something i will be happy,

Just used I collect clothes and it was great made the arrangements online, got an automated response then the day before pick up got an email stating time of pick-up. On the day got another email saying they were going to be early. They've just been and collected all my unwanted clothes.

I have used this service multiple times. Donated all kinds of stuff. Our last donation was huge, heavy boxes and multiple bags. All was taken swiftly as usual. One man's junk is another man's treasure.

First time using this company everything went well, driver arrived on time, no concerns, would definitely use again
