Anglo Doorstep Collections Arvostelua 

This is an amazing service. I just had to pack everything and it’s picked up from home. It is also so helpful to get that 2 hour slot the previous evening and i was able to track where the collection van was at anytime I needed. I would highly recommend this service to family and friends.

This is a great service that is free and supports charitable donations. Website instructions and collection tracking was seamless which I really appreciated. I have dropped a star because in our case the driver / collector left a bunch of clothes and items on the pavement outside our home without informing us. Had we not caught this on our own, we would have received a ticket for fly tipping.

I have used this company twice. With no problems. However, today was absolutely appalling. I had managed - with a bad back - to get my 20 bags ready in the hallway, for my prearranged pickup. I tracked the vehicle and the driver details (driven by someone called Josh Hoodles) and waited at my front gate. Then walked forward. I saw the vehicle arrive. He looked at me, saw me and I waved at him. I then watched in horror as he just drove off! An image then popped up on my phone. With a message saying that the collection was not going to take place, because the van was ‘unable to park’. When I was actually standing in a parking space the length of 3 vans! The image he took wasn’t even outside of my house.
I am so so upset and absolutely furious. And utterly baffled by it. I’ve waited 3 weeks for this collection. Stepping over all the collected bags as I waited for the collection. And he didn’t even bother to collect it. I now face having to try to get them all upstairs again and deal with navigating the 20 bags I had put together for them.
This driver - Josh Hoodles - is a disgrace. I am never using Anglo Doorstep Collections ever again. Not risking such a horrible situation again.
I have just read the reviews left by the one star reviewers. (I wish I had read these negative reviews before using Anglo Doorstep Collections.) There are a lot and they echo the same horrible experience as mine and other awful ones too.
Dreadful.

I contacted the company and also left a - very tearful - message on the voicemail. (Nobody answers the published phone numbers.)
To date there has been no response whatsoever. No reply at all.
Awful.

Excellent service, with clear instructions.Up to date live tracking and exactly collected as said. Will use again.

An excellent and easy way to donate many items. Booking a slot was very straightforward and communication regarding the pick-up was brilliant. I was kept fully informed from 6pm the evening before and very regularly throughout the driver's journey to my address.
Craig was most efficient and polite.

So much easy than taking it to a shop and you can choose your charity can track all the way so you know where the driver is and Tom was on time will recomend to freinds and family l will use this again

The service was spot on. From start to finish everything was explained well snd I was able to track the van so knew when he was arriving. Lovely friendly driver too. Would recommend.

This is the second time I have used Anglo Doorstep Collection and the whole process was very smooth and efficient. The website is very clear about what they can and cannot take which makes it very straightforward. They take a very wide range of items which is very convenient and is so much better than taking things to the tip.

This is a perfect and efficient way to help charities, help ourselves in sending larger items for reuse, and a pleasure to see the ever friendly collection drivers pick up from home. A great service.

Thank you for an excellent service and friendly helpful gentleman who collected our donations. Many charity shops have no parking facilities which makes donating heavy bags impossible. Anglo Doorstep Collections takes all the hassle out of donating.

My neighbour and I have often given quite a few boxes of donations between us. I’m pretty much a regular now. I’ve never had any problems regarding collections. The drivers have always been polite too. Two of them today were polite and friendly. I would definitely recommend them.

Josh who collected my donations was very polite, on time and considerate. An excellent promotor of your service and deserves the utmost appreciation from his employers.

Was very pleased with this company i sorted stuff that needed rehoming gave them a call picked my charity made a date for pick up they kept me informed gave me a two hour slot for that date.
When day came was on time took everything for me no problems at all would use again am telling friends about the company now.
