Anglo Doorstep Collections Arvostelua

Really annoyed - i booked a collection ages ago and the driver walked up the drive and looked at the doorstep - didn't ring the bell took a photo and said no answer. and now I have to wait another 2 weeks for another collection. The driver from my ring doorbell footage was on his phone and must have barely knocked on the door as 3 of us were in and would have heard him. He only needed to ring the bell which he didn't do

This charity organisation is so easy to use. I have used it many times in the past, not only do they have several different charities to choose from, it makes it so much easier, that the items are picked up. So many charity shops have restricted parking nearby, makes dropping off so difficult. They give you a 2 hour time-slot, the evening before to give you an ETA and contact as they are nearby. Would recommend.

Easy for me as collected from door instead of having to take to charity shops and lovely helpful man also you pick day and time and you are informed until pickup, great service and helping charities.

This is a really good service for charity collections, especially if you don't have any charity shops nearby, or if the ones you do have don't accept everything you want to donate. Today, the driver, Lee H., arrived during the specified collection window. I was able to track where he was in real time on a map, which is really useful. He picked up the boxes and loaded them on the van - that simple. I recommend them without hesitation.

This is a wonderful, trustworthy charity. After I made the booking, they kept me well informed, and on pickup day, they made sure I knew exactly where the driver was. This charity saved my life. Thanks!

I have used Anglo several times now. Booking collection slot is very easy. You also choose which charity you would like donation to go to. You are given a 2 hour time slot the night before collection. On the day you get email to track actual time of your collection. Superb service

I like Anglo Doorsteps Collection service. They book you a date and estimate time and on the day you can track for an exact time for collection. You can leave outside or they can knock at your door

It was very easy to book and communication was great, very polite man who collected, will definitely use again as I am so happy it is going to a good cause.

This collection process is just perfect! Easy to book a date and notifications up to the day before that everything was in hand. Then on the morning there are regular updates showing where the driver is and his time of arrival.
The driver was both polite and grateful when collecting the parcel.
I just cannot fault this company.

They very reliable, they collect the items to time. I'm happy they help very deserving charities.

brilliant service, so quietly removed I didn't even hear them

I am so so happy I found Anglo doorstop collections . It was so easy to find a pick up slot that was in my timetable . Also had communication from them immediately, and throughout to let me know when they would be with me along with two hour pick up slot . Very very professionally done . I am so impressed I will pass on details to all . It was picked up a little earlier which suited me , and if you’re going to be out you can leave it on your doorstep!! All donations go to a charity you choose on their site . I cannot tell you how amazing this is , as I’m elderly it’s so so helpful . Good to know the money raised is going to a good cause , good to know some of my good items will be used for a great cause , cannot praise them enough . Huge thank you to all of you who provide this service .

Easy booking, great communications throughout and spot on pick up time. Superb.

The collection was easy to book online. Communication about the collection was excellent. On the day of the collection I was able to track the collection van in real time. I am also very supportive of the ethics behind Anglo’s business ie the reuse of unwanted items and charitable giving.

First rate organisation… Anglo Doorstep Collections do a great job in the name of charities…I’ve used them a couple of times and will definitely use them again!

Amazing service. This charity collection is so easy to use. You just book a date online, bag / box up your items, put the charity name on one bag and put the items outside your door on the collection date. So easy.

From booking the appointment to Kyle collecting this morning was excellent.

Being able to suggest where donations can go is also a positve

Excellent service well notified of collection time. Pleasant driver who quickly loaded everything on board. Used several times and will use again.

So easy to book. Driver (very sociable) arrived at time stated (even though our address is quite hard to find). I will DEFINATELY be donating again. Brilliant service.

Brilliant company came on time and great correspondence booking process so easy
