Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. 💖
We’re pleased to hear that you were happy with the delivery service with Evri and would rate it 5 stars. ✨ However, we’re really sorry to hear that the sleeves weren’t quite right and that the bow wasn’t sitting evenly. We completely understand how disappointing this must have been, especially when you’re otherwise happy with the item.
We’re glad your daughter loves the outfit and has chosen to keep it, but we truly appreciate you bringing these details to our attention. Your feedback is really valuable and will be shared with our team as we continue to review the quality and finish of our garments.
Thank you again for your honest feedback and for choosing Angel & Rocket. 💕

The dress arrived next day
The dress arrived next day & is beautiful. I bought it for my 15 month old granddaughter to wear to a wedding in December & it fits her now, so I am sending it back as not sure if it will fit when she needs it. I hope it is still in stock nearer the time so I can order a couple of sizes to try.

AMAZING customer service!!!
We ordered some items and unfortunately were not suitable for our daughter so we returned these (via Royal and not the online portal) by not using the online returns portal our parcel got returned a number of weeks later through NO fault of Angel & Rocket, we were worries it was quite a while since receiving the items we could not do another return. I contacted them and within an hour Nicola come back to us and explained this has happened before and within a couple of hours we received a prepaid Post Office label and we dropped the parcel off and with six hours we had received our refund! AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE and thank you so much Nicola you were so SO helpful, Thanks Chris
