Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’re really sorry to hear about the issues you’ve experienced with your delivery, particularly as you paid extra for next-day delivery. We completely understand how frustrating and disappointing this must have been.
We’ve looked into this further and can see that the courier was unfortunately unable to complete the delivery and your parcel is now being returned to us.
We’d like to reassure you that the delivery address passed to the courier is generated directly from the address entered when the order is placed at checkout, and we’re unable to amend or change this information ourselves. We can see that the address you entered on your order appears to be correct, so we’re very sorry that the courier was unable to successfully locate and deliver to it on this occasion.
A member of our Customer Service team will email you directly so that we can help get this resolved for you.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and disappointment caused. 💖

A young girl’s dress with Heart, Love, and Creativity
The children’s clothing offered stansd out, the dress in particular I bought for my granddaughter felt wonderfully creative and had an artist’s heart. I loved it, my daughter loves it, and my granddaughter enthusiastically loves it!! I was thrilled to find such a lovely dress for a six year old who is quite an artist!
