Poor Packaging
Just received order yesterday. My granddaughters dresses were in two separate plastic bags inside a paper bag. Nothing else, there was no receipt for my order. My granddaughters would not be in danger of tĥe plastic bags but younger children would. The dresses are lovely for their birthday but I was very disappointed with the packaging

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us, and we’re so pleased to hear that your granddaughters’ dresses are lovely and perfect for their seventh birthday! 💖
We completely understand your concerns regarding the plastic packaging. The individual garments are placed in protective plastic bags to help keep them clean and protected while in transit. We take the safety of this packaging very seriously and ensure that the bags we use are suitable for their intended purpose, including the necessary safety features to help reduce the risks associated with plastic packaging around children.
Our orders are currently packaged in paper bags, and we’re always reviewing our packaging choices as a business. We regularly consider what is right for our customers while also looking at the environmental impact of the materials we use, so this is something we continue to discuss and review.
In terms of your receipt, we’re pleased to explain that we’re working towards a more paperless customer journey. We don’t routinely include invoices, receipts or promotional leaflets inside orders, as your order confirmation and shipping confirmation are sent to you by email. We also offer a paper-free returns process where possible, making returns easier without the need for a printer.
We really appreciate you raising your concerns with us, as customer feedback is incredibly valuable. If you have any further questions about our packaging or if there’s anything else we can support you with, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. 💕
