My purchase went well but the delivery…
My purchase went well but the delivery of it has been upsetting to see the ordered items ruined by the lack of care in the delivery. Four items delivered wet through and I am trying to recover them to avoid the hassle of sending the items back . The choice of courrier needs to be considered.

Vastaus yritykseltä Angel & Rocket
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re really sorry to hear that your items arrived wet through and that they were affected by the way the parcel was handled during delivery. We completely understand how upsetting and disappointing this must have been, especially when you’re then left trying to recover the items yourself to avoid the inconvenience of a return.
We’re pleased to hear that your purchase experience was positive, but we’re very sorry that the delivery fell short. We take the condition our products arrive in very seriously, and your comments regarding the courier are extremely valuable. We’ll be sure to share this feedback with our team so it can be reviewed.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. 💖
