Andrew James Property Surveyors and Valuers Ltd Arvostelua

Excellent responsive service from Andrew. He's very knowledgeable and the quality of the report he provided, with photos, was outstanding. He offered a phone call after to discuss pertinent points which was really helpful and was available for any queries we had. Would recommend Andrew to anyone looking for a survey, we had the Level 2 Homebuyers Survey and Market Valuation and his price is also very reasonable and competitive.

Great communication, detailed and clear reporting. Supportive process that was greatly appreciated.

Andrew is very helpful and quick to respond. His survey was thorough and nothing was too much trouble for him. Would highly recommend.

From the first contact to completion all communication was excellent, questions etc. answered promptly at all times. Andrew is a friendly guy who is very easy to get along with and talk to. Obviously very knowledgeable and his professional survey reflected that. After the survey he talked to us in detail highlighting the good points as well any issues of concern or requiring follow up. We feel very comfortable now to progress with our proposed purchase to completion and would gladly recommend his services 100%.

Andrew did a brilliant job.
He was friendly and patient and quickly understood what I required and followed up with excellent advice. His report was extremely detailed and his follow up talk was very helpful .
When he realised how quickly I needed the report he was happy to work the weekend without being asked in order to get the report to me in less than 48 hours.
I can highly recommend Andrew and will certainly be using him again.

Andrew made everything really easy for the whole process.

When I'd previously bought a house I'd just taken the upgrade option with my mortgage provider. In comparison Andrew's report was much more useful.

We spoke before the visit about what the right level of survey would be suitable as well as expectations. After the visit he called to provide me with some initial points. The survey itself was really detailed. The photos he was able to take also helped a lot too. We spoke again once I'd absorbed the information from the document and he was more than happy to answer more questions. The survey led to me being able to take relevant steps to negotiate parts of the sale. I really appreciate his service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend and use his services again in the future.

Andrew made the home survey process incredibly easy - from initial enquiry right through to the contact after the survey. He is a fantastic communicator who very clearly cares about his work and ensuring people's home buying process is well taken care of through his role. It was very easy to arrange the level 2 survey (Home Buyers Report) and the report came very quickly after the survey date. The report itself was very detailed and a huge amount of pictures throughout to highlight the areas being discussed. Andrew was always in communication and replied very quickly, he offered detailed answers and phone calls if needed to go through the report. I feel very secure with the care and detail provided and the price was incredibly reasonable. If I ever require a home report again I will 100% contact Andrew.

10/10 extremely responsive, brilliant detail, would use again, no doubt about it😆

Great experience from start to finish. Andrew was very easy to deal with and was able to accommodate both at short notice and a quick turn around. Highly recommended.

I Would 100% recommend Andrew James Surveyors to anyone who requires a survey. Andrew went above and beyond in all aspects. Extremely thorough in every detail. You could see he put full attention to detail and simplified it throughout to be easily understood. The service he provided was 5* from the beginning upto finalising the report and having a phonecall to run through everything. No hesitation to use in the future!
