Having worked with AMS on a number of property purchases they have excelled at each opportunity to provide a great service. Dealing with Luke is a pleasure he is always honest, accurate and provides a excellent level of care in the application process. Highly recommend AMS mortgages.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Alex Silver as my mortgage advisor, and I couldn’t be more grateful for his support throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, Alex was knowledgeable, approachable, and incredibly responsive. He took the time to explain everything clearly, helped me understand all of my options, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable.

Alex’s attention to detail and genuine commitment to finding the best deal for my circumstances truly set him apart. He was always available to answer questions, no matter how small, and kept me informed every step of the way. Thanks to his expertise and dedication, I felt confident and supported throughout the journey.

I would highly recommend Alex Silver to anyone looking for trustworthy and professional mortgage advice. He goes above and beyond, and I wouldn't hesitate to work with him again in the future!

Outstanding Service
If there were more stars, I would give them more.
AMS, namely Alex, Claire & Shanita have been absolutely great in their service. From beginning of process to end they truly did an amazing job. The level of service we received was impeccable and despite it got arduous at times, I must commend their for their patience and professionality. We also appreciated their responsiveness and their ability to give us a useful explanation for any queries we had. All in all AMS has been amazing and would definitely recommend to anyone

Helped me when I thought no one else could. We're reassuring and got in contact with me quickly.

My only feedback is they asked for documents and didn't send all of them to the mortgage company. Further to this there were a few documents requested later on that could have been anticipated. But other thank that it was a good service

I called AMS after my original morgage offer fell through due to some (what I thought) were slightly unusual circumstances. This was no problem for AMS, Luke took it all on board and I've had a mortgage offer within a week.

Many, many thanks to Luke, Claire and Shanita who have kept me infomed through every step of the process and saved my house move.

I would have no hesitations to recommending AMS to anyone!

Long story short, I was having issues arranging a mortgage due to previous credit problems and a less than ideal deposit.
Alex Silver pulled out all the stops and managed to do in a week, what a previous company couldn’t in a month.
David McCrum also helped out massively at the beginning and when ‘it was being passed to a colleague’ filled me with anxiety, this turned out to be unnecessary.
All of the team were quick to respond, communicative and went above and beyond what was expected.
I would be happy to use them again and I’d be sure to recommend them to anyone in a similar situation.

Persistent with a not straight forward situation.

Very good.

5 Star if had got the mortgage at the 1st attempt!

I’ve used AMS many times and the fact that I keep returning, speaks for itself. Professional from start to finish, very quick decision and they were on it immediately, with what was required to get accepted and start the ball rolling.

I cannot speak highly enough of Luke, Claire and Shanita I thought a mortgage was absolutely out of the question and I have now received my offer. At no point have I felt judged or patronised for past financial mistakes. I cannot recommend this company more highly

The team at AMS were extremely efficient and was happy to answer any questions we had throughout the process

Fantastic service!! From start to finish this process was so efficient and transparent. Connor, Claire and Shanita who i directly dealt with were all very helpful and made the experience pleasant. I highly recommend AMS anything is possible with these guys!. Thank you all so much and especially securing me a mortgage offer!

Our case was complex but Luke and Claire worked hard to ensure we maneuvered through all the obstacles successfully. As FTBs, we were anxious and had lots of questions, but they did not mind us emailing and calling constantly, they responded professionally always. Mortgage approved yesterday.

AMS have been fantastic, communication has been excellent and Connor gave me options to choose from when I had very few left. Supportive throughout and empathetic to my situation. Will definitely use and recommend in the future.

Luke was our first point of call at AMS mortgages. Luke was professional answered all of our questions and was responsive to emails and phone. Myself and my husband were dreading the process of remortgaging even more so as we had bad credit history. The team at AMS did everything, we had to complete paperwork however very straightforward we didn't experience any stress they do it all!! Today we have been approved and the stress and worry it's taken off us is tremendous. Clare was the one who sealed the deal. I was informed that Clare had very good work relationship with external partners. Thank you AMS highly recommend...

Amazing service, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. They leave no stone unturned in trying to find a solution even in the most challenging of circumstances.

The whole experiencewith ASM has been fantastic! Fast efficient, friendly and they have patience of a saint! It really is true if they can't do it no one can! We nearly gave up till we contacted ASM and they not once let us down. Don't hesitate in giving them a try. You won't regret it. ☆☆☆☆☆

Connor has been very proactive and supportive in areas gathering documents to support my application, advising and communicating on what will be needed to achieve the best outcome.

The company has been extremely helpful from start to finish. I could not speak more highly about adviser Connor who without him I would not be able to get a mortgage.

Amazing, I had so much anxiety being a first time buyer, but Connor and Claire where fantastic.
Would recommend AMS to anyone and everyone.
Communication was on point, anything I needed help with they didn't fail me. Just amazing! Thank you so much

Overall I have had a good experience with AMS mortgages. They are helpful and responsive. The only reason it isnt 5 stars is that I had to repeat a lot of information I provided initially at other stages in the process. Information I provide should be accessible to all staff in the chain so that I dont need to keep repeating myself.
