As a foster carer, the options are limited. I also wanted a no tie in deal, as I’m renovating and selling. None of this was a problem for AMS, which is why I am a constantly returning customer.

Claire and the team were first class and so helpful

Incredible service from start to finish. However, there were few hiccups with the appropriate lender. I am grateful to Connor, Luke, Claire and the team who were so helpful to sort out a mortgage that is tailored to my circumstances. I will recommend anyone who is interested in a mortgage broker do not hesitate to contact AMS

I had an excellent experience working with Alex Silver on my mortgage. Alex was incredibly efficient, knowledgeable, and responsive throughout the entire process. What really stood out was the speed and ease with which everything was handled — something I didn’t think was possible in the mortgage world!

He made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable, always taking the time to explain everything clearly and keeping things moving without delays. I genuinely appreciated his professionalism and support, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing mortgage help.

Thank you, Alex, for making it all happen so quickly and seamlessly!

Luke Taylor is absolutely fantastic. Not only are the response times super fast, but it's also genuine and caring. You definitely don't feel like just another customer - Luke really heard us, gave us completely unbiased and solid advice for our situation. We personally needed a very fast turnaround due to having to swap lenders mid-offer, Luke was fully onboard within minutes, performed a miracle and didn't cut any corners either! Gave us many options, we never felt like we were stuck or a bother, even when I had tons of questions, Luke was happy to answer. Honestly can't stress more than enough how grateful we are - when getting a mortgage it can be a very big commitment, so having someone who is a genuine human being to support you in making the best decisions and giving you all the possible options, is just the best thing you can ask for in this situation. 10/10 thank you Luke you're amazing.

Absolute rubbish, they promise you they can help, but when the going gets tough they can't deliver, avoid!

Luke was again a massive help, literally cannot fault him at all, makes everything so simple and clear and his response time is second to none.

Thank you Luke for everything

We couldn't be more grateful to Alex Silver for guiding us through the entire mortgage process with such professionalism, patience, and expertise. From the very beginning, Alex made everything feel straightforward and stress-free, explaining each step clearly and always being available to answer our questions—no matter how small.

He worked tirelessly to find us the best deal, tailored perfectly to our situation, and kept us constantly updated along the way. His calm, reassuring manner turned what can be a very overwhelming process into a smooth and positive experience.

If you're looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive mortgage advisor, we highly recommend Alex Silver. He went above and beyond, and we truly appreciate everything he did for us!

Alex has made this a very easy and smooth process, he’s answered my many questions and emails quickly. Hopefully the sale will go through without and hitches. Thank you Alex!

Connor was fantastic very knowledgeable and dealt with all my documents within speed went through it meticulously thoroughly and got the job done. I rate. Connor very high. he’s excellent and knows his stuff.

Having searched around several mortgage advisors leading to loose ends, we found AMSMortgages.
Within 10 minutes of submitting an application online, we were contacted by Connor McKenna.
From the start he was exceedingly helpful and transparent throughout the entire process. We did not have to wait around for a response, Connor was on the ball with our application. Where other mortgage advisors fell short of options to offer, Connor managed to go above and beyond to find the right lender for what we needed.
24 hours later, our application was ready to be handed over to the lender.

Highly recommend using AMSMortgage services if you are hoping to find more choice regarding lenders.

Was discouraged getting a mortgage by L&C and Haysto. Googled around saw AMS spoke to the team, they looked at the financials and history, immediately said they could help. Connor got us really competitive rates from high street banks. First offer fell through due to property type, this didn’t discourage them. They had already lined up a new lender (NatWest) and we completed 3 months later. Communication was brilliant emails answered in a couple of hours, always available for a conversation on the phone. Great team, fantastic service, would use again.

Extremely helpful. I was at a dead end and they have given me hope that I can move forward

My initial communication with Luke Taylor , amazing ebergy informative and helpful.
Claire Golder my second contact amazing helpful very informed, Shanita Nevers also really helpful.
A brilliant professional service and a personable business who are supportive and extremely informed in what they do.

We cannot recommend Alex at AMS Mortgages highly enough. He took on a case that, quite honestly, felt impossible — and somehow, he made it happen. From the very beginning, Alex was professional, calm, and incredibly knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly, was always available to answer our (many!) questions, and never once made us feel like we were asking too much.

The level of dedication and perseverance he showed throughout the process was genuinely above and beyond. There were multiple hurdles along the way, but Alex tackled every one of them head-on, keeping us informed and reassured throughout.

Thanks to his determination and expertise, we’re now moving forward with a mortgage we didn’t think we’d be able to secure. We’re so grateful for everything he’s done — he truly went the extra mile for us.

If you’re looking for a mortgage broker who is not only brilliant at what they do, but also kind, patient, and genuinely cares, Alex is your guy.

Thank you again, Alex — you’ve been amazing.

Fantastic service from Connor, Claire and Shanita from start to finish. My full mortgage application was submitted quickly with a mortgage offer through not long after that. Would highly recommend AMS and I will certainly use them for any future mortgages

Dealing with Connor made the process simple, spoke about my options and went through a few details to then getting a remortgage in principle to then getting all my information for him to have an application submitted in the space of 24 hour period. Brilliant communication, friendly and very fast at what they do.
