Brilliant service helped us get a mortgage when we thought it was impossible

Had a great experience with Access Mortgage Solutions! As a self-employed individual, I was worried about the mortgage process, but they made everything smooth and hassle-free. Their guidance and support were excellent. Highly recommend!

Really fantastic service. Very understanding of buyers needs. They explain everything really well. Great communication. Really great company. Luke and Alex couldn't have been more helpful.

Luke, Alex, Claire and Shanita thank you very much for my mortgage offer which i recieved today after being left with no hope by the previous broker, I can't thank you guys enough.

I was running out of time as we were going to miss out on our dream home but after my initial call to Luke where he got things moving quickly and then to Claire for being in constant touch with me and the lender we have finally got a mortgage offer.

Can't thank you guys enough. If anyone is struggling for a mortgage or previously declined please get in touch AMS.

10/10 for me

Service was outstanding, both Luke and Claire have been amazing throughout the whole process. Communication was bang on always on the other end of the phone when needed! Will definitely use them again!!

They have been fantastic, securing a mortgage when I never thought I could get one. They’ve been great all the way through.

Disappointed with the service. Poor communication: was quick to take money for an AIP took 12 weeks and still application was rejected, wasted our time and shattered our hopes, luckily found another broker who arranged the mortgage with no stress in just 5 days! Would not recommend

I did not think I would get a mortgage as it was my first one, Luke, Claire and shanita have given me all the support I have needed from start to end, all been very helpful and patient with me. Good efficient communication throughout, would highly recommend

This application was dealt with so quickly from start to finish, it was not straight forward, I was kept informed with regular updates.
I would highly recommend this company.

David and Alex were very helpful in answering all of my questions, and got me the mortgage figure I required very quickly and efficiently. I had been told it would not be possible to obtain the figure required from another broker, but AMS made it happen. 10/10 would recommend their service to a friend.

We could not recommend this company enough!! The help, support and guidance received not only during the mortgage process but right up until completion has been unbeatable! Our personal advisor Shanita Nevers has been a god send! She has saved our sanity with the problems and hiccups we encountered during our process. Thank you so much again!!!

From the start they were friendly and helpful without being pushy. Steps were explained in a way that was easy to understand and we have been kept on the loop with everything even when things seemed like they might go slow so that we weren't chasing them.
Overall a good experience in an area nobody really want to use. I'd highly recommend them.

I am extremely grateful to Access Mortgage Solutions for their incredible support in securing a £280K mortgage for my property in Oldham. After being rejected by a few lenders, I lost hope, but this company went above and beyond to find me the best possible deal.

Their team was professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated throughout the process, ensuring I secured a mortgage at the most competitive interest rate. Their expertise and guidance made what seemed like a stressful situation completely hassle-free.

I highly recommend Access Mortgage Solutions to anyone looking for reliable and efficient mortgage services. Thank you for making this possible!

I cannot recommend AMS enough, more specifically Luke Taylor who has been truly wonderful in supporting us through a difficult situation. Luke has been open, honest, and understanding. Working tirelessly to support us in getting us one step closer to our own home.

This is the second time I have needed to find a specialist broker to arrange my mortgage. Luke and Claire, Shanita have been fabulous. Kept me updated, gave the best advise, arranged me the best options available to me. Highly recommend 👌

Well where do I start, I found ams online after trying to get a Mortage via tml who I must say were a complete waste of time close to 4 months only to refuse after sending numerous copy of paperwork, and sometimes awaiting 7-10 days for a reply, I had one missed/late payment on my file 3 months ago so after frantically searching for a new lender as our offer on house was accepted 4 months ago, ams came up I gave them a call Friday and spoke with connor then luke, by Monday a dip was waiting for me so fast wow, I thought surely after this it would be much slower, but no that was not the case, my file was handed over to Claire who worked tirelessly asking for a few bits of paperwork nothing to extreme, 3 weeks later (today) received a full Mortage offer absolutely delighted, so from the bottom of my heart thank you Claire your amazing, Luke and all other people involved, you made a dream come true of owning a home, with love, ali, Tara

Ams morgages came through for me when other companys failed, Conner was great and started the initial process, Claire and sanita have been amazing and secured me my morgage :) there were very helpful in answering my question and very efficent when replying to my calls. I Would higly reccomend this company and would definatly use them again. Simone Prowell
