Started my free 1 week trial, as soon as it ended, I no longer could sign in. Didn't recognize my email address, couldn't continue to even attempt to give my credit card details. Wasted hours trying to figure what was going on, no help except a link to tell me what stage my complaint was in and the link goes back to the help page once again. Worst experience ever and I wasn't even signed up! If they can't even get it right on sign up imagine how bad it would get in the future! Don't bother!!!

I accidentally signed up for AMC plus while just browsing for new viewing platforms. I called the phone number and the nicest guy helped me. It was quick and easy to unsubscribe. I really appreciate this because there are so many so-called Help lines where the person just continues to ask one question after another and never helps. I am really grateful.

This is the worst streaming App that I have ever used. It refuses to play movies all the time and I have to check for updates, restart the app, uninstall the app, reinstall the ap, &/or reboot my TV a few times every week. This has happened a hundred times more that all of the other streaming apps combined. WTFF?

By far the worst app when it comes to connecting and download problems if it wasn’t for walking dead I would toss it. You want me to add an date for my experience but it’s been shitty since I’ve had it

I subscribed for a monthly subscription, first bill was $100 for a yearly subscription I never wanted nor asked for. Whats weird about the whole thing is they made sure to charge the highest subscription and not the one asked for , to me its extremely shady and will not be subscribing to it ever again.

I signed up for a free trial and I promise that I have never seen so many commercials this is basically a cable channel loaded with ads. Also amcplus does not work on my tv, tried to msg support, nothing customer service kind of sucks here.

Scumbags keep charging my debit card eventhough I do not have an Active Account. Unbelievable!!!!!! We have got to get these crooks shut down ASAP! The Attorney General has to deal with these scammers to stop this.

I signed up for the free trial with no commercials and most of the movies were full of commercials. The one's that didn't obviously had portions of the movie missing and it was very noticeable where the commercial would have been. I found very little that I would have liked to watch, assuming there were no commercials and no fragmented movies. The app is difficult to use. The movies on IFC seemed to be intact however I only looked at two of them. Pretty awful. There are free movie channels that are better. I could not find any classic movies from the 30s and 40s like AMC used to have when they first started.

Every other time I watch something the streaming is choppy and impossible to view. I have to reset my TV and the app a bunch of times before it will play properly. Waste half an hour every time I want to watch a show just trying to get it to work properly.

Don't do it they say free trail but they take your card info and charge you and then say wrong email so you cant watch or try to cancel had to call my bank to stop charges

Two shows-The Newsreader and Black Snow-have more than 1season and AMC+ is only showing the 1st season. These two shows are from 2022. What is the problem AMC+? Unhappy viewer-like all these other folks…

Way to many commercials for paid tv on dish network normal amc it’s becoming a nuisance 7 min show with 12 min commercials every movie this needs to stop

When watching a series on ur phone there's only a few adds when u download to a TV it's every 3mins the same f*ckin add that's 1min long it's ridiculous.so either use all gigabytes and buffer on a phone or deal with adds or what they really want pay more for no adds that they show anyways KK🤔🤫🫣

I was charged for a year subscription that cost $90. I never even knew I was subscribed. I had no emails for the upcoming subscription, no receipt, nothing. I found out two months later when I saw a late fee and a charge on a credit card that had a zero balance. I explained all of this to an incompetent customer service rep over the phone (who refused to escalate my call). They would not honor a refund even though I do not even use the channel. I argued repeatedly and they still refused. I ended up having to dispute the charges on my credit card. I now have a negative response to even hearing AMC plus and would never watch any show that streams there. I would cringe just looking at the logo. This is the path to companies going out of business. It might not be tomorrow, but this level of customer service catches up in the end.

The app is terrible. Not user friendly. I purchased the app to stream a single show, come to find out I can’t start the show when I’m ready to but rather on their schedule.

Horrible. I will never purchase this again. The so is crap and their advertising is borderline scam. I purchased this for one reason, for one show, to find out the only had one season on there. Please stay away from them.

Last year AMCplus auto renewed my subscription without warning. I wasn't happy but I figured I would try to use it in any case. I wasn't so I ended up canceling the subscription -- without any money back to me.

EDIT: I spoke with a customer service rep and they have no record of the cancellation. I remember initiating this, but I will admit there is a chance there was an error on my part.

Now I see in my credit card statement I was auto renewed again? What an awful business practice, and predatory to boot. I'm in the process of reversing this charge, and what's worse is the website doesn't even have payment information for you to edit. I'll probably have to go through my credit card.

This channel is horrible. Would not recommend. They have a total of 5 movies that they replay over and over and over. The month of October which I look forward to only plays the same garbage over and over. They really need to update, or I can see people dropping this channel.
