purchased a bundle Hulu and Disney plus…
purchased a bundle Hulu and Disney plus package and have been charged multiple times for stand alone pricing. called in and spoke to Christopher he would work on the refund and email or call back in 20 minutes 6 hrs later no response. called in again spoke to 2 reps last one Princess. 1st rep said refund d 4 mo hulu and 1 mo disney. Princess refused any refund. Now I have to call my bank to see about fraud. I have since canceled both subscriptions.

Baja inmediata por el absurdo sistema de 'Hogar'. Tengo 3 casas (ciudad, fin de semana y playa) y alterno entre ellas cada semana. No se puede definir un solo hogar con este estilo de vida, pero siendo yo legal y el titular que no comparte su cuenta, Disney+ me bloquea en mis propias TVs como si fuera un extraño. Limitan el cambio de hogar a 4 veces al año, algo inviable para mi vida. Es una chapuza que no distingue entre fraude y uso legítimo del titular. Prefieren perder un cliente legal que permitir movilidad. Sistema nefasto e inflexible

Do yourself a favor and just stay away. Signed up for Black Friday deal and now the app won’t let me sign on and there’s no method to actually communicate with a customer service person. When I finally get logged in somehow but the grace of the universe, I will be cancelling.

Worst app I've ever used which shocks me with it being Disney, randomly shuts down , sound goes on all my electronics, speeds up and freezes, great shows on there and be great of they sort the glitches

It's hilarious that this platform has ads run every 4 to 7 minutes ,not even the streaming app freevee that doesn't cost a dime has this kind of malfunction.

First of all it’s a bad company, they’re literally investing in countries that are committing war crimes. Secondly how has Disney not figured their own app out?!? It’s literally that easy! Tell me why prime, Netflix, hbo, etc has a functioning app and Disney can’t? Pathetic if you ask me, isn’t this supposed to be an almost 200 billion worth company? And yall can’t figure an app out. Pick a struggle, I mean if yall were at least ethical or had a moral compass I would look past the app difficulties, even with these insane prices. But no Disney has to be a money hungry billionaire. Did yall know that Disney can solve world hunger AND homelessness? I’m glad I cancelled my subscription. If I were to describe Disney in one word, it would be pathetic. Yall were supposed to be the good guys.

Like most companies they have an AI moron who repeatedly tells you to log in to get to an actual human. Since I was logged in, you would think I would get to a human, but no.
So, anyone know why hulu charges me monthly when I have a Disney bundle that includes hulu. I'm so sick of streaming services, they are starting to make cable look good again.

I’ve had Disney plus/hulu for awhile
I’ve had Disney plus/hulu for awhile. I use my phone data and watch it through my phone and onto the tv via hdmi & apple hook up. Ever since the last update it keeps saying something is wrong with my hdmi hook up and there isn’t. And their app is the only one that doesn’t it. Super annoying!!!!!
Absolute garbage
Absolute garbage. The app spends most of it's time buffering, when it occasionally decides to work the picture and sound are out of sync.
Netflix and Amazon prime work fine on the same smart TV.
Nothing but issues with the app
Nothing but issues with the app. Have 100% connection with fibre, all other streaming services are flawless but this one always has issues with connection, lag and buffering
Sara deserves a raise!
I had an issue adding a household to my account and had to call the customer support team. The agent (Sara) was AMAZING. She did everything you can imagine doing to help troubleshoot the issue and truly went above and beyond the call of service to help.
Unfortunately, the system itself was having an error which couldn’t be resolved in the moment. Technology is spicy though, I’m still able to stream and access my account. The customer service was truly outstanding.
I don’t write reviews often, but this was well earned and deserved.
The service is crap
The service is crap, the streaming constantly suffers from droputs, the layout is hot garbage, and the latest movies are barely worth the effort of logging on.
I expect MUCH MUCH better from Disney.
Fix the app!
The app crashes, fast forwards on its own, freezes up and is loaded with commercials for a app that is paid for. So basically the app itself is the problem. The content and variety is great. So..... 5 star on the content

FALSE advertising of Hulu, MAX and Disney+ bundle
I recently signed up for the bundle through Disney of Hulu, MAX and Disney+. I have had no trouble with Hulu or MAX, however, I can not stream Disney+. It just says I am not a subscriber. I contacted Disney's customer service several times and all they will tell me is that Disney is aware of this problem and will look in to it. One chat representative assured me they could help and they did something where I could stream Disney for 30 days. When it stopped and I contacted them again, I was told they should not have done what they did. However, it showed that I COULD use Disney streaming but for some reason I could not continue to use it even though I have the bundle! Today, a Disney chat representative told me I was the ONLY person who had complained about this. I am beyond frustrated!
ad is completely annoying wayyyy too many
Subscription with ad is completely ridiculous. There are 1.30 mins of every three minutes of shows and sometime it double that. I will have to pay more for no Ad subscription. Try to save some money and would not mind some Ad but this is too much too many so annoying!! Will cancel soon.
