Mixed mithai

I have ordered online first time. Mithai was good. But ordered mixed boxes. I like some and some mithai didn't feel fresh.

The driver said he tried to deliver

The driver said he tried to deliver. However, my father was in all day waiting for his birthday gift. So, I then added to the options to leave in the front porch the next time he delivered. Again, driver messaged to say nobody in which again, was not true and he did not leave in the porch. Now I have paid for the sweets and the delivery and received nothing. Am disgusted that driver has lied about nobody being in.

Missing item and lack of quality

Missing item and the rest that arrived was dry and not fresh at all. Looks like Ambala standards have slipped over the years

We had outstanding service by Amash…

We had outstanding service by Amash Chaudhary at Ambalas Ilford. He was so efficient, helpful and made buying experience so effortless. The way he prepared the box of sweets, the advice he gave regarding how to get the best out of food and whole service was top notch! Thank you so much Amash, no one has given us this level of service at Ambalas and we will only come back because of you :)

I am extremely disappointed with the…

I am extremely disappointed with the service. Ambala ruined my event by not providing packaging with the mithai I ordered . I even complained customer service did not do anything to redress this situation.
Not using their services again and would recommend to use other confectioners as they would provide full service.

Keep it up Ambala!

So far the sweets I have tried have been faultless. Gulab Jamun, Cham Cham and the chocolate barfi tasted fresh. I am hoping that the freshness will last for the next few days.
The sweets were well packed.

Item not delivered

Item not delivered. DPD tracking useless. No way to contact and get this resolved. I guess if you want to throw money down the toilet use this service.

Easy and reliable on line ordering

We ordered almond barfi, pistachio barfi, motichoor ladu and kala jamun; enough for around 40 people. The ordering process was straightforward. Items were well packed and arrived in perfect condition. Delivery was on time.
