Timing!!! Timing!!! Timing!!! Zero respect towards customers and not for the first time! Delivery guy calls to see am I at home, I say I am. I will come now. That now is from 10-30 min. Am I glued to my phone? No. Then suddenly there is missed call, I call back, he is already gone. And he doesn’t come that day and next day If I work and can’t pick up my phone package gets cancelled, no chance of moving the date!! Seriously people, either talk with your delivery guys or expect to lose prime members. This became unbelievable!!!

I would not even give 1 star!
Delivery is rubbish. First I got empty package. Next one was delivered somewhere but not to the right address.
They sending you email and they simply lie that they delivered directly to you when you never saw them at your doorstep!
Customer service can’t find anything and try to make things up. Not helpful.
Of course they don’t care! Why would they. You are one of many so no loss if you stop ordering through them.
It’s quite frustrating.
They make you request the call and they never call you back.

Lets start with the rubbish l delivery service:

Inconsistent timing: It's such a shame that amazon doesn't have consistency when it comes to delivery timing package will arrive between 9am and 9pm. Why cant they simple adopt the US. DELIVERY Tracking drivers 5 STOPS AWAY MODEL. Irresponsible delivery drivers attitude of dumping package and running back to the vehicle. Such poor service needs attention.

Customer service: have a subscription for cat food now twice it has been cancelled. I'm sorry I rely heavily on amazon to have their products in stock as these are bare essentials.

Not to mention they don't resolve interaction with buyers and sellers - for tax invoices.

I am utterly shocked by the negligent & unprofessional service I received from Amazon when I recently purchased a used Apple AirPods Pro from the Amazon warehouse. Upon receiving the product I noticed that they still contained the activation of a previous user. This blatant oversight by Amazon has not only compromised my sense of security but has also put my privacy at significant risk.
Upon connecting the AirPods to my device, I was greeted with a distressing message indicating that I was not the owner & that my location could still be tracked by the previous user. This is an unfathomable breach of privacy & a clear indication of Amazon’s lack of attention to detail & disregard for customer safety.
To exacerbate the situation, when I reached out to Amazon's customer care for urgent assistance, I was met with a disappointing lack of urgency & concern. Instead of immediately addressing the issue, I was instructed to initiate a return request & informed that someone would eventually arrive to collect the item. This lackadaisical response is simply unacceptable & demonstrates a severe lack of professionalism on Amazon's part.
It is unfathomable that a company of Amazon's stature would display such flagrant disregard for customer security & wellbeing; also demonstrated a shocking level of technical ignorance in sending out a product with active user credentials.
I urge Amazon to reevaluate its practices & prioritize the security & satisfaction of its customers. Negligence of this magnitude is inexcusable, & it is imperative that Amazon takes immediate & decisive action to rectify this situation & prevent such oversights from occurring in the future.

Chose Express delivery option at checkout, and guess what, Order is now beyond the normal delivery window.
Their customer service isn't really helpful had back and forth calls with their teams for around 2 hours talk time and it is all fake promises and fake attempts to deliver the items, Such a disappointment in Amazon and how they handle such a big market like UAE market.

What a dreadful, dreadful company to interact with. Clearly Amazon have a monopoly and don't care one bit about the end customer.

One star is too much, i have preordered a limited item, but they are not reliable at all.. and they are pushing me to cancel!

We are Amazon seller. This is the most horrible sales experience we ever had!!! We have 300 listings on Amazon , many orders coming to us but no one getting taking by delivery till we finished to the customer service!! Orders waiting till it will be cancelled by the customers!! They are simply don’t give a .. for the customer orders!!

I ordered an iPhone but received an empty box. It's been a month since it happened. I contacted their support team, but they are not concerned. It's so sad that they are not assisting their customers and not replying to my emails. I have been waiting for their response for two weeks

I was order a I phone from amazon but they send me a perfume I was return the order but after few hours they close my account.my return is in transit I don't know amazon return my money or not I am really depressed please be aware.

Warranty coverage of products are mostly missing for products (electronics in my case). When you have a warranty issue, amazon.ae simply steps back and leave you with the seller alone.

To Kimaya, whom i spoke with a moment ago, thank you. Subscribing with amazon prime is a good way for order online especially when you need it asap, but the great pain in the ass is their delivery courier, i don't know how they screened or do they make assessments for those couriers. Rude and no manner, i don't want to mention nationals but, it makes me so frustrated, same things happened, place it with amazon fulfilled under prime, expecting will receive it the following day, from morning to evening no calls, so what i did, port to their customer service, 3 times, and to my surprise, at the 3rd day, it was cancelled. funny right.

Very worst service.. we ask them for delivery guy contact details because we have to go very emergency work.. in this case what we have to.. they should provide the contact details right..

Amazon is a trusted platform and its does not do any fraud are quality issue are packing issue all bad review are fakes, if customer purchase product to fba seller than its too good if someone purchase to fbm seller it will be any issue i does not guarantee for that and Amazon competitor in Dubai want to pushback from Dubai market.

Is this the way Amazon delivered the item unprofessionally?

The box is opened, and there is no Amazon packing or slip.

Even though they delivered used or damaged items, no one called me or asked from the call centre after I registered the complaint.

Looks like my story is not so different from many other stories, I have an order and after waiting for 6 days the order status is changed to canceled and in tracking history they say it was rejected by me, they never reached out to me and never communicated with me.

Tried to reached their support by phone, no body answered my call.

Tried to chat with them, they left the chat without saying a word ...

Bye amazon, I'm never coming back .... you lost me for lifetime inshallah ...

Got 2 times the wrong color freezer. Now have to wait weeks to get the refund, before I can order again (somewhere else). Customer service can’t do anything. People working at amazon are just very lazy

A product was purchased and the seller was procrastinating ( scammer) and the site did not perform the role required of it in such cases.
