Terrible, just terrible. Wrong delivered product returned and waiting for WEEKS to get a refund! Promises made but not kept at all. I've spoken endlessy, at least 6 times and spent a lot of time getting my money back. Avoid to buy from Amazon and reseller NEW BLUE

Items weren’t delivered. Notification received from Amazon to say emirates post attempted delivery. Contacted EP who had never received package and don’t do deliveries on Sundays. Followed up 4 times with amazon to be eventually told that the item was lost and the couriers were not responding. Unreliable service. Amazon are using couriers to outsource deliveries. Deliveries don’t arrive or go missing frequently.

Items don't match the shown ones and whenever you put an honest review for the purchase the website doesn't allow publishing and that's why site reviews don't reflect the truth about sellers and items.. The only positive about them is that delivery is really fast.

Amazon UAE had good products and prices but delivery is woeful. Drivers will try anything not to deliver and seems Amazon can’t control deliveries because they are outsourced. My experience has been worst with Amazon Prime. I upgraded recently and orders are taking 3-4 days to deliver because the new shippers are not accessing the full addresses of customers. If you have a choice buy elsewhere

Extremely unprofessional, the worst experience. I was visiting Dubai and I ordered items from Amazon Prime worth 500 dollars, then an emergency occurred and I had to leave, I called Amazon customer service literally 100 times and I made a 1000 note to deliver my order at 9-10am instead of 5pm due to my departure.

It was noted in the system, and I got the driver number to agree on a time or meeting point to collect my order before taking off from Dubai.

*** I called the drive, shockingly he lied to me saying: it’s not me who got your order, when Amazon confirmed that he’s the one.
Amazon and I tried to reach him on his phone a million times but he shut down his phone so no one can reach him.

I requested to be connected to any of their managers to make a complaint about that driver and seek help and again very disappointing response ( we can’t connect you to any manager)

Even I Asked to change the delivery location to be sent to where I live Oman instead, and again they didn’t help with that either

I don’t understand!! how on earth a company as big as amazon can’t track or reach a driver.
Very disappointed and frustrated on how they handled a very small request… they couldn’t help on delivering my order few hours earlier.

And sadly I left while my order still in Dubai

Usually Amazon is good but when things go wrong the process to resolve the problem becomes almost impossible. A liquid make up product purchases on Amazon Prime conditions was sent out for delivery to a wrong area. Product was in the delivery van the full day in the Dubai heat. The customer service chat agent informed me that the error was corrected. I checked delivery details and these were confirmed.
The next day the delivery was sent to the same wrong area again. Driver could not deliver as it was out his area. Same mistake twice, shame on Amazon. The product was in the van for the second day in the intense heat of Dubai. The conversation with the customer service associate was not really assuring as the issue was understood but only solution was to deliver the next day. I had asked for the delivery station manager and the customer service manager to call which was promised but never materialised.
Day 3 was a similar situation and the product was in the van for another roasting day.
My concern was with the quality of the product deteriorating in the heat.
The customer service associates (yes I spoke to a few that day) and I had been told that the promises made on each occasion were not correct. I had asked for the product to be replaced and this to be delivered rather than the product which had been in a van for 3 full day shifts.
A delivery was attempted to the correct location when i specifically agreed that it should be on hold until the product was replaced. So another failure in the process.
I was assured that the product would be replaced and re delivered.
The product arrived the next day. It was not a replaced product as the package was the same as the previous day.
No accountability or responsibility from Amazon at all. The tracking details and updates are very misleading and whoever reads that would think the customer made all the errors and Amazon did their part to rectify everything. Couldn’t be 100% from the truth.
There was mention of compensation but this has vanished into thin air.
Hopefully this is a one off!

Quite bad experience with this platform. Once my ordered took a lot of days to be delivered despite of its delivery within three days.

Moreover, for the other order, the delivery driver told me, "Confirm your address, I'll come today to deliver your goods"; however, in the evening, when I check for the order deliver status, it was showing that the order has been cancelled by me 🧐.

Strange things are happening here.

this afternoon my goods were delivered but I didn't have small money there were 500 dirhams. then the delivery person left and didn't come back. how about this

Worst customer an delivery service been following up for Order delivery from last 3 days everyday out for delivery and I never received any call for delivery and end of day it’s attempt fail for delivery and every staff is giving false information and giving false commitment and really stupid staff they hired and Oder 406-0388413-4259542 still not received and not contacted by anyone their team following up with 3 days

amazon.ae is listing items as 'temporary out of stock'. these temporary out of stock items are priced very less. have placed the orders around 3 times. after 1-2 months amazon.ae cancel the orders saying they are unable to fill the order.
it is amazon.ae trick to take peoples money, use this money and later cancel orders without giving any benefit to people for the money they held for 1-2 months.
'BE AWARE OF THIS TRICK FROM AMAZON.AE'

I ordered hydrogen peroxide the brand i received was different on the image shown in amazon. the bottle also was almost half full it was leaking, when i tried to ask for replacement or refund it says not refundable or returnable. i will not use this scamazon anymore!

Worst customer service uneducated.
All the items like electronics and home appliances are either shipped in used state or secondary items.
You buy something stated new you expect getting something new.
Had multiple incidents like that and i got my bank involved.
Not only that I had to send these email multiple times but they won't reply, So i had to resend them many times as proof before contact my bank to get my money.
I don't trust buying anything from them.

Very big amount of goods but weak delivery sometimes. break my plates one time.
Also Amazon DOESN'T have working client support! Be careful

Worst customer service i ever encounter in my whole life!! I called 6 times to fixed the issue for my delivery address which is just 10 mins away from the first one but no one helped!! Everyone tells me ok madam we fixed already after 6th calls they told me they cannot change the address and just informed the driver that my location was not the old one!! Why they cant just tell it from the beginning so people wont wait and we will just fixed it by our selves!!! Only raya or rana was the one helped me the last person i spoke to! She really honest that she cannot do anything for the shipping address but she do her very best to helped me at any possible way!

I have been encountering numerous technical problems with Amazon, and this lack of professionalism is highly frustrating. Initially, my order was automatically cancelled, and then I faced difficulties logging into my account for a whole day due to prolonged delays in receiving the OTP. As a result, I was unable to access my account. Furthermore, when it came time to deliver my order, I couldn't proceed because the OTP for delivery was entered incorrectly twice. Unfortunately, there was no customer service option available to reset the number of attempts.

Something is wrong! I started receiving wrong items frequently! The return and refund process is taking way longer than usual. Whoever you're hired recently in your sorting and fulfillment centers are causing problems. Transactions getting stuck in the return process . Being an Amazon prime member is no longer an advantage since a replacement can take close to 10 days to be completed!

Had ordered a phone as Prime member. Sold by amazon directly. To be delivered to Amazon hub in Dubai. Got a ridiculus message telling me, they were not able to deliver because address was not reachable , front door not open etc. Contacted Amazon, and I have been told as usual Sorry sorry etc. Exuses. Then also been told they will call me in 30 min and deliver tonight. It obviously did not happen and no one was able to tell me which coruer service and chat person because it is night, was not able to help. Paying prime mebership for this ?? I have cancelled order as I have flight next day and so dissapointed. Eventhough it was 300 Aed more expensive then other sellers I picked Amazon as truatworthy, which let me down.

Very, very poor logistics, you promised to arrive the next day, but I waited two days for no one to come or call me, only one message telling me my package would arrive between 9am and 9pm, but no one came.
I had to cancel my order because my patience was running out.
