I ordered a package which was meant to be delivered to an Amazon counter selected on the App.
Apparently this Amazon counter was not in service and the courier kept going to the closed counter and back with my package for 10 days! I called Amazon more than 10 times every day to either cancel order or change address and nothing was done!!!

Nightmarish experience with Amazon deliveries in Dubai: BEWARE!
Ordered a 600 AED printer, vanished into thin air!
I'm writing to share my unbelievably negative experience with Amazon's delivery service in Dubai. I recently ordered a printer worth 600 AED, but it seems to have disappeared somewhere between the warehouse and my doorstep. Amazon's system shows the delivery as complete, but I never received anything.
I contacted my building security and they confirmed no package from Amazon was delivered. Upon contacting customer service, they nonchalantly informed me to wait two more days for "investigations." Only then, if the printer doesn't magically reappear, will they initiate a refund process that supposedly takes a whopping 14 BUSINESS DAYS!
Basically, I'm left waiting for around 3 WEEKS to get my money back for their mistake.
To add insult to injury, Amazon doesn't require a signature upon delivery, nor do they provide a photo as proof. This means their word is gospel, leaving me, the customer, completely unprotected.
This is absolutely unacceptable service from Amazon in UAE! Lack of transparency, nightmarish waiting times, and utterly inadequate customer service.

57% of orders delivered are incorrect
I`m an Amazon Prime customer. In april I placed 7 orders in total. 3 of them delivered didn`t contain the product described on the Amazon page, and I had to return or get refund, and 1 of them was someone`s else parcel. So, 4 orders out of 7 failed. Extremely annoying and dissapointing.
Delayed delivery, "0" customer service
I had delayed delivery with no reason. Birthday party canceled as items didn't arrive, though I kept on calling them, within Dubai they could not send the parcel in 5 hours(after I called, since 8am). Shame, unprofessional, petty.Also lied to me that the courier will call me in 5 minutes which was 10:20. He called me at 3 only.
The they sent the review link which is not working, so I am unable to give them lowest 1 star.

I'm many years customer by Amazon in Germany...Great performance all the years...deliveries always in time as promised...Great.. never had any issues...unfortunately I can't say the same for amazon ae...Dubai...3 orders....only one has been delivered....the second one had status delivered, but never received it...the 3rd one it was supposed a next day delivery ..after 3 days nothing happened...I'm very disappointed and I think I'm not going to place any orders to amazon.ae. .it is absolutely senseless
iPhone 15 Pro Max 256GB not delivered
I bought an iPhone 15 Pro Max 256GB from Amazon.ae and When the package came there was no phone at all in the Amazon box and they don't want to refund or send a replacement item. They were also not willing to send me any proof that it was inside the box.
This company stole 4489 AED from me, by delivering an empty box and refusing to investigate.

Honestly, in this day and age, Amazon have to be the most accommodating and simply the best retailer on the planet. Keep up the good work!
Amazon deducts money whenever they want
Ripp off. Amazon Dubai deducted money without my concern , then they blame a client and after they blame client’ s bank . Chatting on line does not help as their managers are hiding from conversation. I am filing complain with my bank and other authorities .

I have a complaint against amazon uae, about an incident which happened recently, there was a return pick up arranged which was initially delayed and later i was advised to handover the package to a 3rd party which i did - i handed over the package to the security guard and after 2 days the same security guard had a change in duty roster and i couldn't located the box i contact amazon customer service and got a call from the supervisor and was asked to wait for 14 days - detailed email was sent to all the emails i can get hold of but no one seems to care.
End of the story - Got the box from the same security guard after 14 days - when i contacted amazon to re arrange the pick up i was told it is not possible as the time period has expired (The supervisor team is the most rudest ever)

Limited Options: Despite contacting customer service and explaining the situation, Amazon offered no alternatives beyond the problematic debit card. They cited strict renewal policies that only accept credit/debit cards, refusing to process payment from my existing gift card balance or accept cash payment.
The Disappointment: As a long-time customer with a consistent order history, I expected more flexibility and understanding, especially considering my temporary payment situation. This experience contradicts my previous positive experiences with Amazon and leaves me feeling like my loyalty holds little weight in their policies.
Recommendation: While I value Amazon's overall service, I urge them to consider implementing more flexible payment options, especially for loyal customers facing temporary payment issues. Offering alternatives like gift cards or cash payments would demonstrate greater customer appreciation and prevent similar situations in the future.
Overall Rating: Despite the positive aspects of Amazon.ae, I must rate my recent experience a 1 out of 5 stars. The rigid renewal policies and lack of customer understanding left me feeling undervalued and frustrated.

I’ve always been a happy prime customer but lately Amazon are trusting very unreliable courier companies and things aren’t arriving on time as promised. Items which are next day delivery and out for delivery all day will suddenly change to “customer didn’t answer
phone” when no on athempted to call me. Called the courier company to complain. No help whatsoever. Told me wait until tomorrow. I wouldn’t pay for next day delivery if I didn’t need it! Seriously considering cancelling my prime account because this is useless and unreliable

Amazon continues to provide a convenient way to do online shopping. “Amazon Choice” & other Amazon recommendations provide a quick reference point for price & availability etc.
Note: If you use Amazon on a regular basis, then Amazon Prime saves a considerable amount of money with free next day delivery.

Amazon.ae WOW I'm shocked by the level of discrimination, poor customer service and unprofessional, i order an item 26th November 2023, this item says it was delivered but it wasn't received by the receiver, they couldn't provide a signature, no proper investigation and i never got a replacement or refund, This is a criminal act and disappointing.
