Rude driver . Told me I dont have change, That was fine , After that he went on to say if you don't want your parcel leave it I have allot of work and I am to busy . He mentioned it to me 3 times . Poor service is different but rude service is the new normal ? How can a service provider even tone up and speak rudely ! I did not even raise my voice .

I bought a robotic vacuum for 2150 AED. Few hours later my order got cancelled! And the price hiked up to 2599 AED. I spoke to customer service but they implied the price was an error so after hesitation I bought the robotic vacuum for 2599 AED. Now I see that the vacuum is once again priced at 2199 AED! I contacted Amazon to treat me fairly and they told me to get lost. AWFUL customer service. Please use Temu or AliExpress. When my order from Temu got delayed once, they sent me another one for free. Now compare that to Amazon xd. It's all a joke

Do not use them. Absolute nightmare starting with dishonest drivers through to useless customer service chats and calls. Driver signed as delivered as a matter of fact never came even in the area. next delivery called that he is coming and confirmed address over the phone. Did not came and changed the status as "address incomplete delivery on hold". All attempts to solve any of these problems failed. Useless people on the so called chat keep transferring me to" the concerned department". The 5th person finally said is veery sorry for my experience but cannot assist. It is unbelievable how Amazon is destroying themselves. I am canceling my prime subscription, all orders and closing my account. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN IN THE NEAR FUTURE

First attempt - the delivery guy simply didn’t come and cancel order by himself. The delivery is organized by Amazon. There is of course no place to report such case. They simply don’t care about that
Second attempt - the product came but was damaged + missing some parts. There is no place to contact seller and ask him to send them or whatever. You have to print a paper and put it on the box. Guys in which year are you leaving? Is it big brand e-commerce platform or random shitty delivery site!

They resort some very cheap tactics when comes to selling cosmetics and electronic products… majority of cosmetics and fragrances are fake… the electronic products which they sell are pre-used and they repack it and sell it as new…

Worst experience with Amazon you can hear from customer support “I’m sorry for the inconvenience" ... Ordered iPhone 13 waited for one week, shipment not received upon enquiry said order has been cancelled - will get you money refunded. the seller who advertised product may be thieves of amazon why did amazon let seller to give ad in amazon portal to collect money from customer and ruin me? almost a week didn't get refund of cancelled order amazon is fake untreatable any more fake sellers and fake deal. It is the 3rd time happen to me and i don't trust amazon anymore.

I've had the misfortune of experiencing the worst delivery service with Amazon Delivery in the UAE. They consistently fail to read the correct locations, ending up at the wrong address or even their current location, and then have the audacity to call us! When we request that they drop the package at the reception or front door, they show a complete lack of effort and disregard for customer convenience. This has been the most disappointing delivery experience I've encountered.

Worst experience in my life! Zero delivery attempts made! No contact from delivery company and no way to cancel order even when you are forced to cancel order you have to wait for 4 FAKE delivery attempt to be made until system refunds. A so I’d like the plague.

This Amazon company in the UAE needs to be shut down temporarily for their irresponsible actions. Despite having Amazon Prime, they made me wait for a week, don’t buy from them; they’re a bunch of thieves who don’t do anything to make it right except say “I’m sorry for the inconvenience” All they offer are robotic responses im filing a complaint with customer protection shame on this company,

Delivery people systematically leave the parcels outside, in the heat and unsecured !
I am home when they come end they do not bother to call me or ring the door bell.
They lie, as they indicate the parcel have been handed to someone.
I have raised the issue a number of times but with no effect.

They have very worst delivery team. Ordered a Sony Speaker. Product was with the delivery boy but not delivered. He just rang my cell for 2 sec and disconnected. I tried calling back immediately but got no response. I was continuously calling for 15 minutes even with few different numbers as the delivery was very important for me as per the schedule. The strange part is he updated the shipment status as ‘Delivery attempt failed as i was not available’ I raised a complained in Amazon at the same time.. after waiting for a whole day with many follow up calls I realized that they have no control over their delivery partners and they can’t solve the problem. After receiving many fake promises, I cancelled my order as my mental health was more important and I found a way to order through other company and it got delivered to me on the same day
Think before you order, go with them only if you are ok to deliver your products when their delivery person has a mood to deliver.

Cheating for delivery
have placed an order for Samsung S22 ultra5G mobile phone on 29 April 2024, order #171-0971727-1456700. According to amazon delivery schedule which should have been delivered on 1st of May 2024. But this package was never delivered to me.
I never received any O.T.P or delivery confirmation messages regarding the delivery but at the end of the day the delivery status was showing delivered. Following which 2st EMI has been debited from my account of the four instalments.
I have been in contact with the Amazon team regarding this matter but there was no solution regarding this matter. The amazon team is giving the response that package was delivered to me, which i never received. And they where unable to provide any valuable evidence for the delivery confirmation. Now will be no solution for the matter for the two months very bad service for Amazon
