Unacceptable from Amazon! I have never in my life dealt with such a bad company. Not one order was delivered! These awful cheap labor drivers, that’s why! Amazon go work with DHL, we will pay the delivery cost!!!!!!!

408-1175840-1168362 was my order number I called them to ask for my refund the time they are taking to refund is around more than a week in spite of the seller being in the same city..the refund needs to be made in the Amazon Gift Card that also is taking one week minimum which is not acceptable at all as they claim that the Amazon Gift card balance will be refunded within 2-3 hours Amazon needs to work on this and do the needfull at the earliest. Also the delivery team that you have got is the worst they never call us on our registered number and keep roaming without delivering the products on time which is not acceptable again.

It was a horrible experience ordering with them. Their delivery team was too lazy to even call me before rejecting my order. Customer service was terrible—I had to explain my issue to 4 or 5 different people, and during the chat, more than 20 representatives kept changing.
Now, after a week, I received a message from Amazon saying I’ll get my refund in another 7 days. There’s absolutely no value for our money, and they’re just fooling the customer.
Some of the customer service agents were rude, and I don’t even remember their names because I was chatting with over 20 people. 😡
I won’t be ordering from Amazon anymore.

I paid an extra fee specifically for special/early delivery and rearranged my entire schedule to be available to receive the item. I even canceled other plans just to wait for this delivery. However, without any proper explanation, Amazon changed the delivery date to the next day.
So what exactly did I pay extra for? Not only was the delivery delayed, but my time was completely wasted. This is very unprofessional and disappointing from a company like Amazon. If you offer early delivery for an extra charge, then you should fulfill that promise. Otherwise, don’t offer it at all.
Incompetent Logistics
As a Prime member, buying an item worth over AED 1000 in the morning and being promised to have it by 11pm the same day, I am disappointed since it's 11pm the 2nd day and the item is still not sent out for delivery. Was "sent by mistake to the wrong facility" as the CS agent said. Still in the same city though! They just don't care about correcting their faults because it seems that last thing they care about is customer satisfaction.

Amazon UAE Has Become Unreliable – Cancellations, ID Verification, and Poor Customer Service
I recently tried purchasing a Meta VR headset during a resale discount on Amazon UAE. I placed the order, and shortly after, it was cancelled. They asked me to verify my ID, claiming it was necessary for discounted resale items.
I followed all instructions and submitted my verification. It’s been more than three days, and nothing has happened. The order is still cancelled, and the ID status is still "pending."
What’s worse is that just a few hours (around 3–4 hours) after the cancellation, the price of the item increased. I tried again and placed a second order—this time, using a credit card instead of Tabby—and it was cancelled again! So now both attempts were rejected, one with Tabby and one with credit card. Yet Amazon says there was "unusual activity" on my account, which makes no sense.
My account is over 15 years old, starting from the Souq.com UAE days, and is protected with two-step verification. I’ve made countless purchases and always paid on time. Still, I’m being treated like a suspicious buyer for simply trying to purchase a discounted item.
I checked the Google Play Store reviews for Amazon, and many other customers from all over the world are facing the same issue—especially when buying discounted or resale items. Orders get cancelled, ID is requested, and then the price goes up. This pattern feels unfair and intentional.
Amazon clearly has no proper system in place to handle these situations. Their customer service is getting worse over time, and even loyal, long-term users are facing poor treatment.
Unfortunately, I’ve seen similar service issues on Noon as well—cancellations, delays, and weak support. It seems like big e-commerce platforms in the region are losing focus on customer satisfaction.
At this point, I’m strongly considering ending my Prime membership and switching to more reliable alternatives like AliExpress, TEMU, or other local apps that value customer trust and don’t make buying a simple product so difficult.
I’m writing this review to let others know: you’re not alone. Amazon needs to take real responsibility before more loyal users walk away.

Another time significantly delayed and it’s really getting worse. On top box with 24 bottles of water delivered and purposefully put upside down to hide the damage. I lifted up and all 24 fell out and scattered in the corridor! Who can do something like that?????
Terrible delivery and fulfillment
Amazon delivery and fullminet of orders is just getting worse and worse. Initially it was reseller orders but now it's amazon stuff as well. I pay for a prime subscription and supposed to get next day delivery, but it often fails. Today I get a message saying failed to deliver. Customer service is completely unhelpful, once you get through wall after wall of tedious bots .

Worst customer service and delivery associate
My experience with Amazon.ae is horrible. The customer service is extremely unhelpful, after a discussion over 1 hour complaining about the professional behavior of delivery associate, you end up wasting your time and nothing is solved. I have complained many times that the delivery associate just dump my orders infront of the gate without properly handing them over to a resident. He has no excuse because he never tried to ring the door bell or call. He just drop the packages and leave. I have complained multiple times about the same behavior happening over and over again but received nothing in return. I only hear excuses and apologies without a proper action. And when I ask to talk directly to the delivery associate, all I hear is “for privacy issues we don’t share their contact information”. What the heck!!! Why do you share the customer information with them then??? Isn’t it also braking the privacy of your customers??!!
Not to mention the worst customer service team ever. Everything I complain, they keep transferring me to someone else and the issue takes more than 45 minutes and not solved.
I have been a loyal customer to Amazon Europe, Amazon US, Amazon UK and Amazon Germany and never ever faced a problem with the customer service or the delivery associates as much I faced with Amazon ae. Not only that, compared to international Amazon, Amazon ae has the worst products when it comes to the quality or handling. In most of the time products are defective or of a poor quality.
I think it’s better they close Amazon ae. It’s a waste of time and money of the customers. They deserve better service.
Thanks God we have better alternative options in the UAE like Noon, Desert cart, Dubai store and many others.

It shows 100% but it drains within fraction of seconds.

And I told him I don't know where you are staying u can't leave it there it not our reception you have to leave it on the reception if u can't come up without ID. So he just ignore me and saying I can't go up or I leave whatever I am or I ll return. Cuz it was not cash payment. I'm super surprised how he talk. While it's his mistake working without any documents in Amazon. That security can't let stranger up without his Documents. And it's our sefty reason.

Worst delivery service in UAE
Delivery service is terrible, throwing items over my 2 mtr fence, many times breaking the items. Then you call customer service who promises returns/refunds and sometimes offers some money on my gift card but in most cases simply don't do this. They are the only delivery service with this poor quality and service so I started ordering with other companies and am avoiding Amazon as much as I can.
