I’ve encountered a terribly upsetting experience with this so called “Supervisor” named Raviraj. This guy is the worst employee they have at Amazon UAE. I think he is not even based in the UAE nor has he received proper training, as his sentences are jumbled and don’t make any sense when he types and when he sends a non-scripted/non-automated response. He cannot spell properly and cannot support at anything. He also does not want to provide a reference number for my complaint and weirdly sent a second return request when my first return was already made well past 48 hours. I am well aware that they can provide a complaint reference number as I have done this in the past for them to resolve my concern. They sent me an email on 8 September where it’s mentioned in my return request confirmation that I can file a claim if their seller doesn’t respond within 48 hours regarding the return of the misappropriately labeled, misleading product description, and the way-too-expensive body wash from one of their India-based sellers. Instead of filing a complaint, their useless agent Raviraj filed another return request and asked me to wait for another two days! The same chat support guy did not want to provide a complaint reference number or his employee ID. I was going round and round nonsensically for an hour without any resolution or complaint reference number. This is wrong on every level! The worst customer service ever!

The worst worst customer service ever go for noon at least they have a call center who can help amazon they will just refund you and not even try to help i got connect to a manger who just said sorry and thats it thanks for nothing rahul tiwari given that the item is same delivery and took 5 days

Despite a lot of reassurances about delivering the product I bought- it has not yet been delivered. They originally claimed that the address was wrong and had to recognize that it is not and has never been. They have delivered a number of times before to my address. Then the apologies and reassurances came by phone and email but they have not delivered yet.
Do not buy in Dubai from Amazon, not worth the stress, time and inconvenience.

Extremely poor & pathetically unhelpful Customer (NO)Support team in Amazon UAE - Literally useless bunch with no knowledge or helpful attitude.
Contacted for a simple query regarding order delivery status & they transferred me around 10-12 time, saying to another department.
no one has ANY knowledge, does any real support or help offered.
Naming few CS members: Sakshi, Yusra, Yehia, Saqib, Ali, Paraves, Mayar, Doha, Atique to name a few of the dozen of CS agents I was shuffled between.
Finally got transferred to Amazon Egypt where Refai helped with rescheduling

ordered the Typecase Touch iPad 10th Generation Case with Keyboard (10.9”, 2022) and iPad A16 (11th Gen, 2025) – 360° Rotatable, 11-Color Backlit, Multi-Touch Trackpad, Thin & Light (Midnight Blue) with Prime delivery. It was supposed to arrive today, and I even called customer care three times to make sure it would be delivered on time.

Instead, the order was marked as “delivery attempted” even though I never received a single call, message, or notification from the delivery team. Clearly, no genuine attempt was made.

To make matters worse, when I contacted Amazon chat support, four different executives exited the chat one after another without providing any help. This is not the level of service expected from Amazon, especially for Prime members who pay for reliable delivery and support.

Overall, this has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I’ve had with Amazon.

بس من فترة 6 او7 تتصل عليهم تقولهم عن منتج يشحن و يباع من امازون الامارات و فيه ضمان سنه او سنتين يجيك الرد العجيب (( حضرتك يافندم ابحس في قوقل عن الوكيل في بلدك و كلمو لان انا بنبيع و بس و مالناش اي علاقة بعد مرور فترة الارجاع !!!!! )) طيب انت يالي قاعد تقرا من الشاشه امامك و تقول انك من الادارة و كانك تلقي خطاب
اي اداره هذي الي انت شغال فيها
ادارة اعلاميه ولا ادارة امازون يفترض تحل المشاكل بحرفيه و تقدم خدمه تخلي الناس تكمل معاكم في امازون
عجيب الموظف يقولي روح ابحث في امازون عن الوكيل الي في الامارات !!!!!!!
طيب انت ليش تبيع في الامارات و هذا نظامك و الكل متذمر منه و لا نعرف نتفتاهم معاهم و اسلوبهم ابد ما يتوافق معانا و مستفز لابعد الحدود
خدمة عملاء امازون الحاليه .. بتخرب امازون و تدمره حرفيا
رجعوها الى سابق عهدها ولا بتشهدون عدد كبير من الزباين تروح عند غيركم

DON’T TRUST AMAZON! Unreliable Delivery Service!
Amazon Team has the worst delivery service! I experienced worst delivery service twice from Amazon team. They get money from people and not delivering the purchased item on time!!! Their customer service will get all information but all are useless and no idea of what they are doing!!!!! DON’T TRUST AMAZON

Ordered a product from Amazon and never recieved it. They promised a refund 2 weeks ago. Everytime I call there is a new promise that never happens. In the end, I have given up and decided that Amazon have the power to charge you for products and not deliver them to you with no legal consequences. Scary to be honest. Food for thought.

I’m an Amazon Prime member and a long-time fan of Amazon.ae. I usually have a great experience, but lately I’ve been facing repeated issues with delivery.

Since moving to a new accommodation, I’ve made sure to leave **clear delivery instructions**: call me before delivery and hand the package directly to me. If calling isn’t possible, I ask for a WhatsApp message. This is important because I live in a partitioned space with many people, and packages left unattended can easily go missing.

For the last order, I found the package left at the front door—**again without any contact from the delivery person**. Thankfully, I was able to pick it up that time, but I’ve already lost two previous orders because of the same issue.

As a Prime member, I expect better service and more care with delivery. I hope Amazon takes this seriously and ensures that delivery staff follow customer instructions—especially when security is a concern.

I’m not sure what kind of system Amazon has in place, but it’s deeply concerning to see delivery drivers working so late into the night. Deliveries often arrive around 9–10 PM, when our shop is already closed, making it impossible for us to accept them.

While we understand it’s not the drivers’ fault—they’re clearly overwhelmed and overworked—it’s a disturbing situation for everyone involved. This practice needs to be addressed.

Respect your workers’ well-being, and respect your customers’ time and operations. It’s time for Amazon to take accountability and improve this system—for the sake of both its employees and its clients.

I ordered police sunglasses and it was never delivered to me. It shows in my account as delivered and when raised an concern my account is cancelled and no refund is done for the item which is not even received. When started to follow up they were not even interested to reply.

The absolute worst customer service, logistics and platform systems. Cant believe in 2025 a company like Amazon functions like some garage startup with 3 employees and no accountability. It's an absolute scam.

I placed an order for the Skullcandy Crusher ANC 2 headphones on your website. However, the order was cancelled automatically without any clear explanation, and the payment has already been deducted from my account.

I do not see any order number associated with this transaction, and I would like to know the reason for the cancellation. Additionally, I want to request either a refund of the amount paid or assistance with placing the order again.

The worst customer service ever. Unclear procedures and misleading practices.
They do not issue refund instantly and ask to place a new order within limited time frame so it is delivered.
They do not keep you updated with accurate order status, each person gives you a different information and a different lie - one will say order is being delivered - the other will say order is damaged. They are quick to take your money twice for the same order where they should be the ones fulfilment of replacement order!

From Amazon side they cancelled my order and in the delivery details they mentioned that my item was out for delivery and I refused delivery. It was cancelled from their side, so they should mention the correct reason for cancellation. Worst Service...

Amazon just scammed me for 899 AED. Two days after my order was confirmed and on the day it was supposed to be delivered, it was suddenly cancelled. It is almost impossible to get in touch with their Customer Service and this order doesn't even exist on their system, although I was promised a refund. Never happened. So avoid buying items above 100 AED from these amateurs.

for me zero rate even 1 star is not worth it this is my first time ordering in amazon but it gave me very very bad experience…order delay order erased from their system…my friend recommended me this amazon app and on my side i will recommend also don’t order in amazon if you don’t want to experience what i experience..
