I ordered one item and even pay for monthly subscription for free delivery, it has been delayed for days and still they are not able to deliver in fact extended for more days. Not at all satisfied 😕

Terrible delivery — completely unacceptable
I paid extra for same-day delivery and planned my entire day around receiving this package, because OTP face-to-face verification was required.
No one called me. No one came. Yet the status changed to “delivery attempted”, which is completely false.
I wasted the entire day waiting at home, did nothing else, and in the end the delivery was cancelled by the system, not by me.
This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Customers should expect their delivery to actually happen when they pay for a specific day.
I will think twice before ordering again from this service.

Deliveries are delayed, put on hold or not delivered without any update. From last December - I've been suffering with their service. The customer service do not take any action. Last time I was transferred 6 times to different customer service people. They do not do anything to fix the situation - 2 days ago and my 2 recent orders are still in the the same status 'on hold" for no reason. In December I ordered a phone and never received it - the system was not showing any proper info. Eventually I had to cancel my order. This time again I had to cancel two orders. I have two orders again 'on hold'. They couldn't explain - they only say - 'don't worry!". It is absolutely disappointing what has been happening with Amazon service after years of being a prime customer.
NON DELIVERy OF PAID ITEMS
I have ordered items on the 6th of January, today is the 25th of January, and to date i have not received my package, i have been told numerous times package will be delivered today, and that was from the 17th, everyday i waited at home and no one arrived, i even offered to drive from AL Ain to Dubai to meet the delivery guy and he never responded, 2 days later another person sent a message to say he is now in Dubai to deliver, when i said you need to deliver to address on the package i got ghosted until the next day to again a message to say will be delivered today.. i had to send these items to SA on friday and still it did not arrive, even afyer the 3rd time of telling them i am coming to dubai to pickup, they never responded.. Amazon i am disappointed, you can check my records, i constantly buy from you but no more.. unsatisfied 00 STARs from me

Customer care is lux. They'll transfer you to different people and then tell you to solve the issue on your own by contacting the supplier directly. As if you ordered goods from the supplier directly. Prime has proven to only be good for movies. My advice is to find an alternative delivery company.

I bought a Garmin watch for 1,400 aed in November and the product arrived in damaged boxe which is ok but now the battery lasts less than a day even when I charge full. Customer UAE kept me on hold 20 minutes and the other one told me it’s not their problem and I should find manufacturer

NEVER buy from them. they own no products but they ship things once they receive orders and they price it 2x more than what it costs.
If you cancel the order, you won't get refund.
The seller will Never reply and deny all A to Z claims.
The seller also deletes all negative reviews.

Pathetic and Disgusting
For month's now Amazon have really gone backwards. Every single time my packages are Incorrect, Late or rescheduled even though I am a Prime Member. Last minute on the day of delivery I get notified that the package will be rescheduled to be delivery in the next 3-5 days(PRIME MEMBER), When it is either eventually delivered or on time, it is not what I have ordered but a totally different product that I never even would have ordered. Customer Service are Rude, Illiterate, literally non-qualified and just simply don't care. It is Absolutely Pathetic and Disgusting.

J’ai fais une commande importante le mercredi, tous les articles étaient disponibles, la livraison était prévue pour le lendemain.
Le soir même la livraison passée au mercredi d’après. J’ai tenté de joindre le service client, par téléphone ils vous disent que ça ne fonctionne pas. Par le chat, ils m’ont dit 2x aucune inquiétude mais ne se sont occupé absolument de rien du tout. Pourtant lorsque je clique sur chacun de mes articles ils paraissent en stock et livrable le lendemain. Tout ça pour que vous passiez commande et prendre votre argent. J’ai donc annulé ma commande au bout de 4 jours n’ayant rien reçu et aucun suivi du service client. Et la : 7 jours pour vous rembourser. Facile d’être rentable en jouant avec l’argent des gens. Et ils n’ont pas honte … ne commandez plus jamais chez ces escrocs avérés. Regardez la plupart des avis (les vrais!) sont très medieiocre. Je fais des à présent en sorte que tous les contacts et relationnel ne commandent plus jamais sur ce site de scammer.

In the past 2 months I had constantly issues with my orders. Since october fails on packaging, integrity of products, colors, many wrong details...and the worse part was the New Year Eve Amazon Now groceries (and presents - Panettone full of mold). First order lost, second incomplete and with this old item. A week away, still no proof of complete reimbursement. And of course, tried to explain few times what was already deserving an apology and money back on the spot. Really bad disappointment. Maybe it helps someone, if ever the feedback will be accepted.

improper handling of order during delivery
Previously, Amazon deliveries were handled in a professional and organized manner by Aramex. Unfortunately, this is no longer the case. Some delivery staff now handle packages carelessly, including throwing shipments without regard for whether they are fragile.
I have been a Shop & Ship customer for over 15 years, and despite repeated complaints, there has been no improvement. Today, I personally witnessed my package being thrown forcefully onto the ground. In addition, exposure to extreme heat or rain sometimes results in damaged shipments, for which Amazon bears the replacement cost.
Amazon remains one of the best and easiest platforms to deal with, and I hope delivery standards return to their previous level.

Amazon always cancells my and my famillies order and then uses OUR money for THEIR business while offering us a refund that most of the time half priced, for currently the keyboard amazon did give a full price refund, which is kinda shocking but still not good
The UI of their dreaded website is so abysmisally garbage that everytime I tried entering my address it just kept closing the popup and after entering it just rejecting my address as "Not verified" or some other goobilygook

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I spent 250 AED on a camera lens, and when it arrived it wasn’t suitable for my camera, so I returned it in perfect, unused condition - exactly as I received it.
I was then shocked to be told the item was “defective,” which is completely untrue. To make matters worse, they only offered me 20 AED, which then became 16 AED - less than 10% of what I paid! This feels completely unfair and unacceptable.
Because of this, I now have no money left to buy the correct lens, which was meant to be a gift I had been saving for. The product was sourced through Jetsouq, and this entire experience has left me extremely upset and disappointed.
I will not be purchasing from them again and would strongly advise others to be cautious.
