Es fehlte in der Lieferung ein Artikel. Sollte ein Foto der gelieferten Ware zum Nachweis schicken!! Auch auf dem Foto war die fehlende Ware nicht abgebildet!!! Konnte aber anhand der Gewichtsangabe auf dem Versandbeleg den Nachweis führen, dass die Ware tatsächlich gefehlt hat. Wird jetzt nachgeliefert. Was mich ärgert, dass meine Angaben zur fehlenden Ware in Zweifel gezogen wurde, statt den Fehler im eigenen Unternehmen zu suchen.

If I could give this ZERO stars I would. Without a doubt the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced.
Tried to by a PlusLife over 18 MONTHS ago. First order - lost and they claimed I never ordered it (I did). My second order went though SIX MONTHS ago. I had to pay hundreds of pounds in fees and import tax. I’ve STILL NEVER RECEIVED my order and when I’ve tried to complain they’ve refused to refund me and tried to blame the courier service. My contract is with Altruan - you’ve taken my money and failed to deliver my product and failed to refund me. I paid for it in JULY this is now a week before CHRISTMAS and still nothing. This is theft. Completely unacceptable and I’m considering taking legal action

After carefully reviewing your case, we would like to clarify a few points. According to our system, we have one order dated 19 July 2025. Unfortunately, we are unable to identify any order from 18 months ago, as there is no data in our system to support this claim.
Regarding your delivery, please note that once the goods are handed over to the shipping provider, we rely on the further processing by DHL and, in this case, Royal Mail / ParcelForce. An investigation has already been initiated with DHL for your most recent order. At present, the shipment is being processed by ParcelForce. Delays may occur there, particularly due to storage periods of up to 18 days, which are beyond our direct control.
As soon as the parcel is returned to us and has been checked upon arrival at our warehouse, the full purchase amount will of course be refunded. Unfortunately, an immediate refund is not possible while the shipment is still in the delivery process or under investigation.
We ask for your understanding that with international shipments, we are dependent on the proper delivery or return of the goods by the shipping providers.
You are welcome to contact our customer service hotline directly so that we can discuss your case in detail and clarify the matter transparently. Our support team will be happy to assist you further.

Über Shop-Apotheke bestellt, erfolgte zunächst kein Versand. Auf Nachfrage konnte man mir auch keinen Liefertermin nennen. Da über Shop-Apotheke war die Stornierung kein Problem.
