To be honest ...I haven't hrard about this company before and really worried to place an order. But just want to let everyone knows, this is genuine company and hasselfree order process and Delivered in 3 days. #amazing 👍🏻

A+ customer service, Had a problem with my new ebike not registering speed/not being able to calculate the mileage - turns out the magnet had fallen off. Spoke to DANIEL over the phone who sorted out another magnet to me quickly, was reassuring, patient and overall amazing.When purchasing my bike via the cycle to work scheme, I also had problems — which DANIEL was able to help with.Would recommend based on my experiences!

I made a purchase on May 4th. A few days later, I contacted the company to inquire about the status of my order. They informed me that the model I had requested was no longer available and that they could offer me another one (of higher value) at no additional cost. I accepted.

As the days went by, however, I did not receive a shipping code. I exchanged several emails with the company, and they told me that the package had already been shipped, but without providing any concrete proof. It was only on May 19th that I finally received the tracking code. In my opinion, the time it took to receive it was excessive compared to other online shopping experiences.

After a few days, the product arrived as expected and in excellent condition. However, I believe the company could do more to reassure customers in such situations, to avoid making them feel like they are being scammed. If communication is clear and transparent, even a longer wait can be accepted without any issues.

Now that I understand how the company operates, I would definitely purchase from them again, knowing it's not a scam and without being in a rush. My rating is based on the shopping experience, not the product quality.

First class service great bike fast delivery had some questions and customer service responded quickly and politely with great information would use again for all future purchases

I've never experienced this before.
I want to return an unsuitable bike.
They now want me to pay for the delivery and return costs.
I understand paying for the return but not the delivery
Alphascootz hasn't addressed my complaint in their reply. They say I must pay for the return which I accept. My complaint is that they also want me to pay for the delivery. Despite advertising full cash refund on their website.

Firstly I have searched many websites but I decided to purchase alphascootz , it was my first experience and very reliable this website. I am very excited to get my product

Quick helpful after sale advice.

Ordered ebike Monday lunch time it's now Friday lunch time and still awaiting delivery. Not happy at all.

Made numerous calls with inquiries about the bikes i purchased and every question had an answer.
Very friendly and called back with information and stock levels.
So far so good..

Very fast and friendly service.

Terrible experience with this company!
They send faulty items, then give misinformation on the cause of the faults!
When you request a return and refund, they'll have you on a right merry go round and also accuse you of causing the faults!
I had to open a case through my bank to get my refund, although they deducted £67 for damages I didn't cause, it took nearly 2 months to resolve!
Shocking service,dishonest business save yourself a headache and avoid at all costs!

Edit! Oh, I see, the usual misleading response from Alphascootz!
Please people, take note of the genuine 1 star reviews!

Just bought the X Hunter, absolutely fantastic bit of kit.

Bought through cycle to work, the guys were great, good communication and super fast delivery.

Highly recommended.

So got my new bike. Couple of small problems 1 big problem, so on the fence just now about them. Fixed small ones quickly but with wrong information but main problem not resolved which means I can't use it at moment. Don't understand the manual because they are for another display and my extended battery doesn't work, connect and no charging lead. They have been helpful with most things and hope they will resolve this with a bit more speed and I can repost with 5 stars. Well see and I'll update.

The bike arrived in perfect condition. Had a trouble to attach handelbar but called alphascootz and guy from support walked me throw whole proces by telephone . He was really helpfull and patient. I am enjoying riding my new ebike and everything is working just fine. Will recommend this shop to my friends.

I have purchased a kugo scooter from this shop, Less than 2 months later, the ignition key stopped working and the scooter stays on constantly.The scooter is still under warranty and I have contacted the shop straight away. He has replaced the damaged part and also serviced the scooter.Good service overall.

Great bike, and top-notch after-sales service.I just changed the saddle and put on road tires.Perfect riding position.
