Alpha Industries Arvostelua

Bought a plum heritage bomber jacket - speedy delivery, smooth transaction. There was an issue with (Velcro on the pockets catching on the sleeve fabric).

But super quick response from Customer service (via the email address) and the issue was satisfactorily resolved in under 24 hours

Superb

Fantastic sales and service. Highly recommend their products. I had the privilege to deal with Richard Bell. The service he provided is 5 star. Communication was outstanding. I highly recommend alpha industries to family and friends. Keep up the great work you do

Bought 2 hoodies and after the first wash they look like they were 10 years old. Terrible! Haven't had this with any of the other brands. Just so dissapointing…

I ordered directly from Alpha Industries 4 days ago, received my Bomber Jacket today, gorgeous in every way, spectacular! It seems like it was tailor made for me.

Prodotto perfetto! Tempi di consegna velocissimi!
Tutto stra consigliato!
A presto per futuri acquisti!

Absolutely dreadful company.
Ordered an MA-1 jacket ($140) three weeks ago as a gift. The next day I learned that gift recipient already had a flight jacket. As soon as I received jacket I shipped back to Returns Dept as instructed….the jacket was never taken out of the plastic wrap.
When Alpha received the jacket they emailed me with some gobbledygook excuse that I did not have proper labeling on box and could not refund. As of today they still have the jacket and I have yet to receive credit on my card. I will contact TN attorney general and file a complaint. (I am a TN resident and live only 90 miles from Alpha).

Ordered jacket 11th November....still no jacket ....apparently there is a charge at customs which I was unaware when purchasing still unsure of cost of this.....have asked to cancel order but no response from customer service.....dont use this company

Have to pay customs charges - beware as they don’t let you know this when you purchase from their European (German) hq.

Great service, Great Product

Hands down the high list quality shirts out there. I have had some shirts for over 5 years with regular ware

Great quality products although the supply is a little lacking.

Apart from that great products

Envio sin daños. He acertado con la talla. Gente seria y profesional. Estoy satisfecho con la compra. Ma 1 Navy Xl. Es súper chula 😎. Recomiendo 100%. Gracias 🙏 y un saludo 👋. Suerte 🍀👍 y muchas ventas en el futuro. Hasta pronto!. Volveré a comprar aquí 👈. Agur.

This company shouldn’t be allowed to trade the way they rip customers off, if you’re buying from the UK please save your time and energy. Customer service is N/A. They’re a nightmare to get hold of and disgusting service

Sometime in the last year and a half I purchase the N-3B Slim Fit Parka - Cold Weather Military Issue Parka from Alpha industries. Having grown up in Alaska, I’ve worn parkas my whole life and know that they have to be top quality in order to protect you from the weather. When the zipper broke, I reached out to the company, and assumed that the company would repair, replace or refund. Unfortunately, I was mistaken. When I reached out to the company, they called a broken zipper on a parka “normal wear and tear.“ I can guarantee you that the quality of this parka would not be acceptable in the military. I hate to write bad reviews, but I reached out to the company and they refused to help. I like to do business with companies that stand behind their products. I will never order from #AlphaIndustries again. Save your money and order from companies that have superior quality and stand behind their products.

Signed an unsatisfied customer.

ABSOLUTELY THE MOST ABYSMAL "CUSTOMER SERVICE", WITH A NEAR TOTAL LACK OF UNDERSTANDING OF THEIR OWN SLAs. THEY LITERALLY SENT ME THE WRONG F'ING ITEM, AND ARE SOMEHOW TRYING TO EVADE RESPONSIBLY? LIKE...WHAT PLANET ARE YOU A-HOLES LIVING ON? FILE COMPLAINTS AGAINST THEM WITH THE FTC, THE BBB, AND THE CPB - CONSUMER PROTECTION BEAURUE. YOU WILL GET YOUR MONEY BACK AND THE RETAILER LOSES ON ALL FRONTS. I HAVE DONE THIS, SEVERAL TIMES WITH FULL SUCCESS - BECAUSE THEY CANNOT SIMPLY DENY YOU AFTER THE TRANSACTION WAS TURNED INTO AN INCOMPETENT QUAGMIRE...BY THE OFFENDING RETAILER, THEMSELVES. STUNNING FEATS OF STUPIDITY HERE AT ALPHA INDUSTRIES. PROBABLY DRIVEN BY THEIR WEAK-MINDED WOKE LEFTIST IDEOLOGIES THAT ARE IRREVOCABLY ERODUNG SOCIETY INTO A FULL ON CIVIL WAR.
