Produkte sind durchaus in Ordnung, der Kundenservice hingegen ist leider sehr schlecht.

Ich habe einen Monitor und eine Tastatur bestellt. Da die Tastatur nicht meinen Erwartungen entsprach, wollte ich von meinem gesetzlichen Widerrufsrecht Gebrauch machen. Trotz mehrfacher E-Mail-Anfragen und langwieriger Korrespondenz habe ich bis heute kein Rücksendeetikett erhalten.

Mein Eindruck ist, dass sich das Unternehmen bei Rücksendungen unnötig querstellt. Aus diesem Grund kann ich den Anbieter leider nicht empfehlen. Vorsicht bei Bestellungen, wenn Sie Wert auf einen unkomplizierten Rückgabeprozess legen.

I bought the 32-inch Clarity Touch monitor and it arrived today, so these are my first impressions. Shipping was the first pleasant surprise: it came via UPS all the way from Holland to Italy in under four days, which I honestly wasn't expecting.
Yes, it's expensive, but in my opinion it's worth every EURO spent. The colors are brilliant, the build feels solid (no flimsy plastic here), and the touchscreen works well, though I did have to calibrate it from my Windows 11 laptop before it behaved properly.
The customer service deserves a mention too: my questions got answered quickly, and when I asked, they even threw in an extra discount, which was a nice touch.
So far, so good. That said, these are early days, so I'll reserve the right to update this review in another 2-3 weeks once I've put it through more regular use.

Customer service was excellent. I had an issue when I received by Aspekt 34". Customer call me immediately and address the issue. Turn out the original thought was incorrect. But when contact and the real issue was discovered, they immediately sent to their team. After just one day their team had a solution and called me to implement it immediately. Thank you love the monitor

Loved Alogic Aspekt 32" Touch monitor. I was looking for a wider screen and some flexibility on my desk to move monitor when needed. The omni Fold stand offers great flexibility to my desk. Customer support helped me set it up. Happy with my purchase.

Deceptively show items are in stock when they are not. After you place an order, they don't notify you it's out of stock and leave you waiting. I do not recommend using this company

Incredibly bad product. It developed a screen flicker after 4 months, by 6 months it was unusable. Customer service is incredibly unhelpful, and demanded a video call to verify the malfunction. A screen flicker is a hardware issue and can not be verified over video call, which I explained, but they refused to issue a refund. For this amount of money you can find a much better product.

Amazing tech but also amazing support, assisted with an issue nearly 12 months after the purchase, and the issue was a user error but they happily continued to follow up and ensure I got it working correctly. Such a great company

Very good support - prompt reply to my query and Hansal found a solution quickly. I love the monitor (40" Edge) as well.

I recently bought a 32" monitor. It's absolutely great. However I had an issue with it when I comment my Mac with a thunderbolt cable. I contacted support. They asked me to do a few troubleshooting steps. Then a support person called me and resolved the issue. Couldn't be happier

Great customer service, really fast email response and a really great product. I ordered 32 inch monitors which turned out to have a lead time of a month or so, but they gave me a free upgrade to Pro models with cameras which were shipped immediately. Really impressed by the response and help. I am a repeat customer for my business and recommend highly.

Stay away from this company. They don’t stand by their product and do not accept refunds. You’ll regret it.

The refund policy is a big lie. It has been two months since I returned the item, and I have not received my money back yet. I followed up with them too many times, and each time I received an AI message saying they were working on the refund. I ended up calling the bank for the back charge. I do not recommend this brand at all.

J'attends depuis 2 mois le remboursement d'un écran. Alogic me répond à chaque fois que ca serait fait sous 3-5 jours mais ils ne respectent pas leur engagement.

I had purchased the Alogic light bar and was extremely happy with its functionality. Overtime the hinge system became loose and I contacted Alogic to see if the could advise me how to repair.
It appeared my item was still in its warranty, the customer service team listened to my issue, investigated further and acted immediately.
A new item was sent out on the return of the old and all within a fortnight.
It’s fantastic to deal with a brand that looks after its customers.

Although it took longer than expected to receive my order, the customer service was excellent! The sales team was very good keeping me posted on the status of my order and were very good at follow up! Keep up the great work!

Mijn ervaring is niet best. Een monitor besteld, maar de ene na de andere toezegging (woorden als garantie worden gebruikt) worden keer op keer niet waar gemaakt. Na 3 keer was ik er klaar mee.

Communicatie loopt erg stroef en vragen me af of ze zelf wel doorhebben wat ze communiceren. Ze doen beloften of uitspraken die nergens op slaan, en alleen maar het vertrouwen in hen schaden.
Ik heb uiteindelijk de order geannuleerd. Ook de annulering liep stroef (maar het product kwam ook niet). Geen duidelijke communicatie.

Lang gedacht dat dit oplichting was, maar uiteindelijk toch mijn geld terug gekregen. Daarom toch 2 sterren.

Ik vindt het een zeer onvolwassen organisatie. Zo run je geen (web)shop. Er is geen duidelijkheid over voorraad en levertermijnen. Uitspraken doen hierover lukt niet, en als je een verwachting hebt gehad gaat deze zonder enige communicatie voorbij,
Ze zouden wat meer naar andere spelers mogen kijken.

Mij zijn ze als potentiële klant voor altijd kwijt.

I contacted customer service regarding the product I ordered.
Since they didn't have a 27" monitor in stock, they offered to send me a 32" monitor instead.
What great news just before Christmas – that's professionalism.

Whilst they may be legally right to not honour change of mind returns, it is bad faith compared to other online shops like Amazon where that is an option. The reality is that purchasing hardware may not work once you use it with your devices. I can’t purchase their stuff products with confidence in the future
