A litany of broken promises & inept customer service. 'In stock' when wasn't, promised free charger to compensate but never sent it, promised to deliver by a fixed date then stopped replying to emails, no reply to emails for request for second fixed date, ended up ringing round courier companies to see if they had my product and then driving out to depot to pick it up. They then email me to tell me it has now been 'successfully delivered'. Wasted an entire day of my time with no apology. The quality of the monitor is trashed by the ineptitude of their sales department. Will never buy again from Alogic.

Very happy with their service, I was not able to connect my docking station and Aatish was very professional and quick to help me to set it up.

Great product and great communication. Kept me updated on where my order was and the progress of the order. Had what I thought was an issue but was caused by myself and when I rang they answered the phone quickly and walked me through the issue and was resolved in no time at all.........Very pleased with the 32" and 34" touchscreens I have. They look fantastic but more importantly they work fantastic.

Brilliant, they were prompt in response and worked with me to ensure I got the correct product. Delivery was quick, and the device works exactly as I need.

I had a problem adjusting the sound on my ALOGIC 32 inch monitor. It was simply a user problem where I pressed the wrong combination of buttons on the monitor that caused a strange loop effect whereby the monitor kept going into 'sleep' mode. Aatish from the support team was most helpful and very patient. He was able to instruct me over the phone to restore the monitor settings and all is well. Thanks Aatish!

When I needed assistance with a replacement cable, the ALOGIC support team was responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. I'd like to start off with shouting out Subham who assisted me.
There was an issue with my original order being split into two separate shipments due to stock availability of the display stand. This availability was not made known to me and I received only the display with no way to use it.

Subham jumped in after seeing my email and immediately provided support. Most importantly he listened and understood my concerns. As a result, Subham owned the case personally and sought to, not only see through the issue till completion, but provide options to me for an interim solution so I can still have productivity.

Prompt and helpful support for my monitor issue.

Their customer support is great. They were understanding with a recent address change and helped get the replacement in our hands with ease.

Had an issue with my new laptop and USB hub. 2 emails, 24hrs later, problem solved. Thanks to Hansel, great work.

Hansal was very helpful and patient while helping me troubleshoot my ALOGIC DX3 dock setup. I had a pretty specific issue with my ASUS G16, USB-C power delivery, and multiple ultrawide monitors, and he took the time to walk through the problem, explain what the dock can and cannot do, and suggest practical next steps.

He was clear that the 100W power delivery cannot be disabled, helped me understand the USB-C vs USB-A connection limitations, and gave honest recommendations instead of just pushing a product. I also appreciated that he looked at newer options and explained why sticking with the updated DX3 may make the most sense since my current one has worked so well for years.

Helpful and responsive technical support.

This is a review for the company, not the product. To mention their product, I bought 2 of their 27 inch monitors, and am very happy with them. They are glossy, so unlike most monitors and TVs which are treated with an anti-glare surface. The glass surface makes for much brighter and vivid colors, and a higher level of clarity and sharpness. But it also reflects more surroundings, so if this may be a problem for you, I suggest you try one out somewhere first.

The order process works well enough, the monitors were shipped within 2 business days, but the two monitors I bought, separately, 2 weeks apart, both had shipping issues. Both shipments had address errors, one with a bad street number and one with a bad city name (!!!). This delayed both shipments by a couple of days. Both shipments used UPS, and in both cases UPS insisted on delivering to my house, instead of a UPS location for pickup like I changed it to. And even though the shipping is signature required, anyone can sign a squiggle with their finger on the little tablet they give you.

Fortunately, both shipments made it to me undamaged, if much later than I was hoping for. As a customer, I don't particularly care how Alogic's shipping system works (or doesn't), or who in the Canada office needs to be replaced by AI, because they clearly can't handle a copy/paste of an address, or even bother to double check it.
