Even with the benefits of modern technology and transportation it can sometimes be hazardous ordering from overseas. In my experience, going back to 1987, this has not been the case when dealing with Almy. My orders are promptly acknowledged, easily tracked, and arrive in good time. I happily recommend Almy products to clergy here in the Diocese of Perth.

I found, ordered, and received my clerical clothing pretty easily. The ordering and receiving were effortless: Ordering online was efficient and user-friendly; delivery was timely and the items were correct and wearable. Finding the items on the website was a bit less intuitive. The search function required me to know pretty much exactly what I was looking for before I typed the search term. I suggest including more synonyms and descriptive terminology in your search algorithms.
I am VERY happy with the products I did order, and I fully intend to order more from you, including in the not-too-distant future.

I have ordered a communion tray set for my church. I have had to call several times concerning my order but each time your customer service people have been very courteous and helpful. I am still waiting for part of my order to be completed but was told it would be looked into. I understand that filling orders and shipping items has been difficult right now, but I do appreciate the response I have gotten when I initially ordered and when I have had a concern abut my order.

I ordered my first masks (one for my mother and I) at the earliest offering. My mom's had a stitching issue and was replaced with few questions. I just ordered the 5 pack liturgical colors and were shipped that same day, even though the CSR told me the warehouse was closing early on Maundy Thursday and would not get the order out until Easter Monday. I received the order on Easter Monday.
