I ordered two albs for our staff. One was in stock, the other was not. We wanted matching material but ordered one plain and one with embroidery. The one that was sent did not fit quite right and was very high in the neck. The material also seemed that it would not breathe well. Both albs were cancelled. The return process was smooth and simple. We will try again with a different material at a later time.
