CM Almy was excellent to work with. They produced a lovely clericals and reached out to ensure the fit would be perfect. I am very happy with their products and their customer service.

I had trouble creating an account on-line, so I called the number and spoke with customer service and made the order over the phone. The order was delivered in a timely manner and I appreciated being able to talk with knowledgeable staff. Thank you, I will use this company again.

This is my 3rd dealings with Almy. Each episode has been excellent.
My most recent episode was with a young lady, Rachele. The item that was needed involved going beyond the normal catalog listings. Rachele patiently
listened to my ideas and together we accomplished the item.
She has just informed me that my order will be finished earlier than we thought.

Our church had ordered some oil for the candles years ago but through a 3rd party vendor. My customer service representative suggested that I needed to set up an account directly with CM Almy. So in no time she had me all set up and my order placed. So very helpful and with my best interest in mind. When my order came she had also included a catalog of their products. Couldn't have asked for a nicer representative for CM Almy. I am very satisfied.

The baptismal candles arrived ahead of time and in pristine condition. Since our church is very small, it would be nice if the candles were available in smaller packages! These should last us 25 years or more!!

I needed to replace a lost Tippet quickly. It was a custom order due to my height. The staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating.
