CM Almy Arvostelua 

Almy is a great resource for many of my clerical and ministerial needs. I do appreciate their vestment quality, but I would love to see more creativity and diversity in their catalog. Additionally, the website could use some updating and smoothing as not all products are visible online and some services aren't available either. Further, I've had difficulty with their sizing rubrics and found that I could not fully rely on them. That being said, Almy's customer service took care of me quite well which makes all the difference.

Your customer representative who helped me with my request, was so kind. She identified the particular kind of wick that we needed for our church candle lighters and I receive them within a few days. I appreciate your help.

Hi I am pleased with the customer service representatives. They are very helpful and patient with you when you are dealing with them. My orders have been correct and any mistakes have been on me. The quality of their products has been great except that the zipper on my sleeveless band mid-drift clergy knit top is hard to zip all the way up. That is why my rating was not all stars. Everything else I have received has been very, very good.

Simply, I Ordered a clergy shirt that came to me in the wrong size. I called in the afternoon of the same day and another shirt was sent to me immediately. I truly appreciate the wonderful customer service.

Alb exchanged for different size. The ordering process was excellent, so was the manner of exchange. The gentlemen on the telephone were very patient and helpful regarding exchange instructions. I visited the Armonk store where Rachael fitted me with the correct size alb. The store is set up great and hope to visit again. Everything was perfect.
