It was really easy to place an order and to upload a photo even for a technophobe like me. The order was delivered in good time all together with the gift packaging that I ordered. I purchased it as a present for someone who had recently lost their father and it was received with lots of tears (good ones) its a beautiful simple design that is sleek and looks good. My friend is also very fashion conscious and she loves it. Only time will tell on it durability.

Good communication regarding delivery times and the necklaces were lovely and well received. Bought them as gifts and the people I bought them for were very happy with them

I recently got a picture bracelet for my bestfriend who recently lost someone. I was sceptical at first once I read some reviews but majority were good reviews. I have no complaints it’s super cute and exactly what I was expecting. The tracking can take a while to show but it does state in the email after 5 days it will go live and that is exactly what happened! I recieved mine 7 days after ordering! I am happy with my purchase and my friend loved it!

I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. The necklace I received looked nothing like I expected, and the quality was absolutely terrible. It felt very cheap and flimsy, comparable to costume jewellery from Temu, despite being advertised as something much better.

I bought this as a birthday present, and I was genuinely embarrassed when it arrived. It was not worth the money, and I certainly wouldn’t recommend it based on my experience.

I’ve returned the item and requested a full refund. Unfortunately, I won’t be purchasing from this company again.

Love it, when evri lost my parcel I emailed them and these sent news ones out straight away

Evri lost my initial order , I contacted the Allure customer service who immediately resent the parcel via Royal Mail, it arrived the following day, amazing service and very happy with the quality of items too.

Josie from customer services was amazing and resolved my issue with professionalism and speed. I have received several of the projection necklaces from Allure Jewellery for myself and friends and I have never been disappointed. They are all beautiful keepsakes.

Although the item did take a little over two weeks to arrive I cannot fault the quality of the necklace and photo, it is very well made and I am very happy with it. Just don’t order if you need it within two weeks like I did!

Order not arrived in time stated and no response at all from the business. Echoing other negative reviews. I let them know on numerous occasions this order was urgent as it’s for a friend that’s terminally ill and still no response. Absolutely disgraceful

Josie was amazing and so efficient. I emailed on Sunday saying how my infinity bracelet had snapped and by Monday (today) she has sent out a replacement! Can’t thank her enough as I was heartbroken when it broke - amazing customer service :)

Ordered something 3 weeks ago now asking if they would be quick and they responded right away (around 4th of May)

It’s now 1st June nothing received the tracking doesn’t work and four follow up emails later I still have no news. They have gone MIA or terrible with customer service. I would not recommend at all!!!

Bought the infinity bracelets for me and my partner hers broke first i emailed and asked about the lifetime warranty they offered if anything happened to them mine broke not too long after hers broke .got a response and asked for a picture i sent the picture over and havnt heard anything back for over a month now not happy with the customer service ive been ignored multiple times only ever heard good things about this company but i dont think they live up to there own standards

Order not recieved after 23 days, tried contacting the team and got automated response saying they would reply within 24 hours, 9 days later still no further response.

Photo was put upside down in the pendant for my necklace, and by the time I realised (after being unwell for a time) they refused to put it right. They also took over a month to answer each email i sent to chase it up, so the whole process of raising the issue, to them washing their hands of it took a few months! Useless piece as it's extremely difficult to hold the pendant upside down to put the torch against the image to see it. Really disappointing. Photo is upside down regardless of when I noticed!

My father passed away recently amd zi wanted to make sure my daughters had something they could always remember Grandad with. I chose the heart Pendants with the picture glass. The on line process was easy apart from the offers would not apply to the 3rd and 4th item so 2 separate orders placed in the end (this is the only reason I have taken off one star).
The Pendants themselves are absolutely lovely and all 4 of my daughters had a tear in their eye and said "that is so cute" when they saw Grandad again.
Well packaged and lovely presentation box. As these are bespoke and personalised, remember their is a waiting period but it was worth it. Thank you Allure Jewellery.

Amazing service! Unfortunately Royal Mail delivered my parcel in an unsafe place and it was stolen. I contacted customer service and they were so understanding and helpful. Will definitely be ordering more from them.

Bracelets were delivered sooner than expected, and the image quality was very high. When dealing with a broken bracelet and requiring a replacement, they were responsive and provided a lot of help with getting me another one, even providing compensation for the process.

After the purchase, the order was dispatched within 10 days (30th March) which is acceptable and sent out to delivery. After having issues with the delivery of the product, I contacted customer support which replied to me within 24 hours but from that moment on, the experience has been extremely frustrating.

The delivery company supposedly tried to deliver the package twice but the courier was unable to contact me since they didn’t have my phone number and couldn’t add it to their system stating it should come directly from the company I bought the product (if so, why wasn’t it a mandatory field when I was ordering?). With this, the delivery company then sent me an e-mail saying they would return the package to the origin so I could ask for a refund, instead of delivering it to a pick-up point as they said they would. This was on April 9th.

On that same day, I replied to the previous e-mail chain with Allure’s customer support explaining the whole situation and got no reply. Sent another one asking for feedback 5 days later, no reply. On the 16th I’ve sent one more e-mail explaining the situation. Today is the 23rd of April and I still got no feedback from the company.

This was a gift for my wife to celebrate her first Mother’s Day as a mom and it is now virtually impossible to have it on time when I ordered it with a one and a half month’s advance to make sure I would get it.

Extremely disappointed with this company’s customer support, would not recommend.
