Scammed Out of $12,000 – Please Read Before You Buy!

I normally don’t write reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others about the scam I’ve fallen victim to.

On March 28th, I ordered a necklace for my wife and paid $12,000 via wire transfer. Before making such a large purchase, I carefully read through reviews and felt somewhat reassured that it was safe to proceed. Unfortunately, that was a costly mistake.

At first, communication was good. I received updates and was told I could choose shipping from either London (via DHL, 2–4 business days, with import tax) or Hong Kong (3–7 business days, no import tax). I chose the Hong Kong option to avoid additional fees.

A few days later, I received an empty box with a fake certificate—clearly produced in Asia…which am fine with that …quality of the necklace supposed to be almost identical to the original piece…I was told the necklace would arrive in a separate shipment to “avoid customs delays.”

Since then, I’ve been sent multiple fake FedEx tracking numbers, none of which ever led to a delivery. Now, communication has completely stopped. I’ve been offered no resolution, no refund, and of course, no necklace.

I’ve officially been scammed out of $12,000.

Please don’t fall into this trap. Do your research and avoid this seller at all costs. If you’d like more information or proof, feel free to reach out—I have screenshots and records of the entire “transaction.”

My boyfriend recently bought me a personalised tennis bracelet for our anniversary and it is so special to me and I wear it every day. I also bought my brother a bracelet for his birthday which he loves too. I would like to thank Paul Gallego for his great communication when I emailed. I would buy from here again for many more occasions.

I've ordered multiple times from Allure over the last few months and each time has been perfect. First I ordered one of their photo bracelets which took just under 2 weeks to arrive but was stunning, last week I got the permanent bracelet kit which was delivered in 2 days (I guess this is faster because it's not personalised). Me and my boyfriend haven't tried them yet but the kit looks good so far.

I ordered a necklace at the beginning of March. Two weeks later it was dispatched and lost by the carrier (Royal Mail), as it was never scanned into their system. I contacted customer service and Paul answered my email too. I was told Allure would have to wait for the carriers response (Royal Mail) before they could even issue a refund! It’s been two months since I’ve had any response from Allure. Absolutely shocking. The item cost £54.99.

Edit: I have now received communication from Allure, with a replacement on the way and a 30% discount on the order. Finally a great response from Allure. I will update again once the product arrives.

Edit 2: I have received the product and my partner couldn’t be happier. Thanks Allure for finally getting to the bottom of it and amending the situation. I wouldn’t hesitate to order again!

I had ordered two items from Allure for my Girlfriend, was a bit concerned due to the delivery dates, but Paul Gallego had assured me through the processes and was responding quickly to emails to make sure I had all my questions answered.

I received a remarkable response from Allure Jewellery's customer service when I lost my bracelet! I purchased one of their tennis hidden photo bracelets at the start of this year. It was a beautiful bracelet and hidden inside was a photo of me and my uncle who passed away in November to a brain tumour. This bracelet quickly became my most prized piece of jewellery due to the sentimentality. However on a break away abroad at the start of May, my bracelet completely vanished. I was heartbroken. I had only a short time left on my trip, and it was heartbreaking to think I might be leaving the bracelet behind in another country. Sadly I never did find my bracelet and had to return to the UK empty handed. I reached out to the team at Allure Jewellery through email to see if they had any policies in place for lost or stolen items. They said it fell outside the coverage of their standard guarantee period. However they offered me a code for 50% off my next order, purely as a gesture of goodwill. I was overjoyed, not just at the chance to replace my bracelet, but by the kindness and empathy shown to me during such a difficult moment. I can’t thank or recommend them as a company enough.

Hi,so when i was ordering the bracelet basically the one I'm interested to,i accidentally give the wrong address so when it was shipped here it was considered lost as it happend,I've always get in touch and contacting their customer service what amazed me is,their respond was very fast and very helpful on how ill get my parcel back,and i got it now,as i open the packaging i wasn't expect much about how the bracelet would look,but wow it was incredibly wonderful and so elegant i just love it,and the design is very high class,i would love to order again from them and tqvm

The necklace I ordered was as I expected, quick delivery given the personalisation and I had an issue which customer service responded to quickly and fairly. Recommend.

It was an amazing gift that I received on Mothers' Day. It's so unique! I perfect gift that lasts forever.

Lovely hidden photograph necklaces purchased, one was lovely,
the picture turned out really clear, other two were a bit disappointing, images were a bit dull, it would be useful if they would get back in touch to say the image supplied needs to be changed, but lovely gifts and were gratefully received by friends, when they saw their loved ones inside the stone they all had their breath taken away, but on the downside for me the chains also need work, would rather have paid a higher price for a better quality of chain, very thin, clasp so tiny and fiddly and the extender was just a few extra links, didn’t have a nice end piece on like a lot of the extenders usually do, also the gift bag for 3.99 really isn’t worth it, nothing special about it at all, would be happy if they increased the overall price and provided a nicer quality product as they are beautiful little gifts.

I ordered a photo bracelet from Allure Jewellery, it was exactly as promised and such a pretty gift. The shipping had some complications, such as false information about the arrival, but I reached out to customer service and they had the issue solved quickly, which I really appreciate! :)

I had never heard of Allure Jewellery before seeing them on TikTok but decided to order a photo necklace. The service was great and I love the necklace. Delivery took about 11 days so definitely order enough time in advance.

Very helpful especially when wanted info on where my parcel was. Can’t wait for it to arrive

I ordered a beautiful sterling silver necklace for my cousins birthday. My gran (or her aunt) passed last year, and I wanted something that she could find comfort in wherever she was. Suffice to say it was her absolute favourite gift, and I couldn’t be more happy with the quality of the image. I thought it was only to be looked through, but apparently it can be projected too using a phone torch, but we’ve yet to test it in a dark room. The image came out beautifully, and is seen in its entirety through a phone camera. Through the eye it’s a bit of fidgeting to see the entire image, but in our case it was around 5 individuals in the photo, so everywhere you looked there was someone new, which I’d definitely recommend. I was nervous how it’d look with everyone especially around the edges but it came out flawless.

Ordered the forever bracelets for myself and my other half, we love them! Easy to put on and they look so cute.

It’s very hard to find new places to purchase gifts and I had some really bad experiences with that so when I ordered a pendant with a photo printed on it I was a bit sceptical, but everything came pretty quickly and in a very cute box as well. So when my sister-in-law opened it she was like: Oh I like the color of the metal and the stone! 😹 She had no idea that there was a photo of her family printed on it so when I asked her to look inside she just cried, it was a unique moment!
Usually people don’t really know that the photo can be printed on a little stone and that you can look at it whenever you feel like it. So the idea of looking through the glass and finding your loved ones there is really a surprise.
Now I want one for myself, a bracelet I think :)
I saw other items like the one I purchased on some other websites but now I just know that this one is legit so yeah, I’m happy. Thank you
P.S. it was a nice thing to k ow that there are real people behind the customer service so all my questions were solved in a day 👍🏻
