I am truly grateful for Angelika’s help. I was losing hope on therapy before I started speaking to her. I feel seen not just as a client but as a human which is incredibly valuable. Angelika made me realise this is a journey not just a quick fix and that I have the power to change. Absolutely incredible!

Angelika was nothing short of fantastic, In 6 sessions she has completely changed my way of thinking. She understood me from our first appointment and I was able to talk so openly and freely with her while feeling completely as ease. I honestly can’t say enough good things about her, the impact she has made on my life is huge.

I used to have the opinion that therapy was only for people who had "issues" but after my experience with Angelika, I freely admit to being completely wrong. I now see that therapy is for everybody, we would all benefit from it

Angelika is very friendly and has helped me a lot, she is kind, patient and caring, she has helped me see things from a different perspective and understand my feelings and has helped me when I have been in a dark place, I always felt better after our sessions

Angelika is such a talented therapist and our sessions have helped me so much. She made the sessions relaxed and safe and I could talk without feeling judged for which I was very grateful. I have benefited a lot from her refreshing approach. I feel like a very different person after only a few months of sessions and am feeling positive about how much more I can grow thanks to Angelika.

Outside of the sessions, Angelika is a great communicator and very reliable and I really appreciate that in a therapist.

This was my first experience of counselling and even though it was virtual, either by video call or telephone, Angelika put me entirely at ease. She listened, asked questions and gave me things to think about and thoughts about how to handle my particular situation both now and in the future. It was a really positive experience and I'm glad I decided to take the step and talk to someone about what was going on in my life.

Angelika is incredibly kind, sensitive, insightful and offering a safe place for people to land. She is understanding, nonjudgmental, listens and then provides thoughtful responses. she genuinely cares about the emotions and well being of her patients. This lady not only has a heart of gold but she will give 110% to each and every one of your sessions. She always makes time for you no matter what. I can't thank her enough for being an incredible counsellor.

I must say at first coming into therapy I was sceptical having had bad previous experiences with therapists. All of my preconceived ideas were blown away Angelika is so comfortable to talk to and really allowed me to see everything from a different perspective, 5 sessions in and I truly feel like I’m back to myself I’ve got so much to look forward to and generally it’s great. An absolute star at what she does couldn’t have been happier thank you so much :)

I found Angelika’s help and insights increasingly useful, often helping me get to the point where I figured things out for myself rather than just telling me! I genuinely found some of the things we spoke about to be helpful not just to my immediate issues, but also on a larger ‘whole life’ scale. Really excellent.

My sessions with Angelika have been transformative in helping me deal with the death of beloved father and navigating all that comes with it. Angelika manages to blend both light and dark topics together so you never feel you are drowning or equally being trivial with your emotions.

Empathetic, smart and unafraid to ask questions that really make you think, Angelika has been a wonderful source of support this year. She has made me smile, comforted me when I’ve cried and just as importantly just ‘been there’ when I’ve been on good form and just chatted to her about what’s going on with me.
